    Reliable and dependable.

Bhathi was prompt in replying despite our last-minute booking (due to a no-show by another operator). He came to our hotel early, was friendly, and helpful. Sameer, our guide at the national park, was earnest, helping us find animals at different corners.

Response from the operator: Dear Perdana Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review. It was a real pleasure meeting your friend and sharing the beauty of Sri Lanka with you. Your kind words truly mean a lot to me and encourage me to keep giving my very best. I hope to welcome you both back to Sri Lanka again one day!

    Great trip from Unawatuna

We took a day trip from Unawatuna to the elephant orphanage and Udawalawe National Park for a safari. Bhathi was great and kept us informed about the animals and Sri Lanka. Such a good day and we'll be in touch when we're back in Sri Lanka

    Excellent tour from Unawatuna

Great tour with Bhathi to the elephant orphanage and Udawalawe National Park. Both Bhathi and our safari guide, Noman, were super knowledgeable and helped us understand more about the animals and Sri Lanka. The highlight was 2 elephants coming right up to the jeep and touching us with their trunks! Would definitely recommend the tour and will be in touch with Bhathi when we're next in Sri Lanka!

Bhatiya was excellent throughout. He is very informed about the history of Galle, and Sri Lanka in general, which makes for a great start to any tour to get a feel for the country. He was a very safe driver that allowed for a stress-free journey. Very clean and comfortable car. The safari was outstanding. Elephants, crocodiles, mongoose. If you're lucky, you could get close to an elephant if it walks up to the fence outside. Bhatiya kind of made this happen for us, which made for the whole trip! Highly recommend his tour services. When we visit again, we will definitely look him up!

Response from the operator: Dear Dr.Sher, Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful amazing review! I'm really glad you enjoyed the day tour to Udawalawe and had such a memorable safari experience-it was a pleasure to guide you. Getting that close encounter with the elephant was a special moment, and I'm happy I could help make it happen! Your appreciation for the comfort, safety, and historical insights means a lot to me. I'm always happy to share the beauty and stories of Sri Lanka with wonderful guests like you. Looking forward to welcoming you again on your next visit! Warm regards,

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Galle.

How much does Explore The Beauty Of Udawalawe National Park From South Coast During 01 Day cost?

    +

Prices start at $105 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Galle usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Explore The Beauty Of Udawalawe National Park From South Coast During 01 Day take?

    +

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Galle is not rushed.

Is Explore The Beauty Of Udawalawe National Park From South Coast During 01 Day worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Galle, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Explore The Beauty Of Udawalawe National Park From South Coast During 01 Day?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Explore The Beauty Of Udawalawe National Park From South Coast During 01 Day suitable for kids and families?

    +

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Galle can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Galle and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Galle?

    +

On Outty we rank every Galle experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full day / Half Day WildlifeAdventure in Yala-National-Park, Special leopard & Elephants safari - Yala - 04.30 am to 11.30 am, Sea waves sri lankan cooking class. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Galle?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Galle?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
