    Amazing

Let’s start with MTM, they were kind enough to reschedule my booking when I couldn’t make it to the meeting point in time. Now, Micros Kosmos has a great staff. They were friendly and cheerful. They played greek and international tracks all journey long. After swimming at Rina cave they immediately served lunch with a generous portion. The 2 hours at Agos Koufonisia were enough to chill at the beach and grab a gelato. We had another stop for half an hour to swim in Kato Koufonisi. They served dessert and watermelon on our way back to Agia Anna. Fully adventurous and fun. I had a wonderful time.

Be prepared for a very long day

A very long day sailing. The boat was hugely overcrowded, the snorkel masks were ALL broken and nobody cared. Average lunch. 3 hours on Koufanisia which was beautiful but most of the little shops were closed. The water was stunning, the cave was cool but the boat and the hours travelling made for an exhausting day.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your cruise did not meet expectations. It’s disappointing that the boat was overcrowded, the snorkel equipment was unusable, and the long travel made the day exhausting. We appreciate your comments and will share them with the operator to help improve the experience for future guests. MTM Customer Support

    Beautiful day spent!

What a wonderful experience and day! The boat trip was beautiful (go early to grab a cushion on the boat front to get sun) to the cave and island. The crew was friendly, helpful, and the lunch was delicious!!! They provide swim noodles and snorkel items at the cave and swim spot to use if you’d like. This was a very nice day. Highly recommend.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the Explore Rina’s Cave and Koufonisia Cruise from Naxos, from the beautiful boat trip to the friendly crew and delicious lunch. It’s great to know that the snorkeling and swim amenities added to your experience. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you on another adventure soon! MTM Customer Care

    It was ok

Good: the BBQ was tasty and there was plenty. The staff was very kind. There was plenty of wine and water to drink which were included in the ticket. Should be noted: We spent a long time swimming at a random spot and then 3 hours on an island and then a very slow boat ride to, from, and in-between. This left only 30ish minutes for the cave which was the reason I booked the tour. The bathrooms were a mess as well.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the BBQ, drinks, and the kindness of our staff. We appreciate your comments regarding the timing of stops, the cave visit, and the onboard facilities, and we’ll be sure to share this with the team to help improve future experiences. Thank you for taking the time to let us know. — MTM Travel & Tourism

Explore Rina's Cave and Koufonisia Cruise From Naxos: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Naxos.

How much does Explore Rina's Cave and Koufonisia Cruise From Naxos cost?

    +

Prices start at $40 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Naxos usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Explore Rina's Cave and Koufonisia Cruise From Naxos take?

    +

Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Naxos is not rushed.

Is Explore Rina's Cave and Koufonisia Cruise From Naxos worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Naxos, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Explore Rina's Cave and Koufonisia Cruise From Naxos?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Explore Rina's Cave and Koufonisia Cruise From Naxos suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Explore Rina's Cave and Koufonisia Cruise From Naxos?

    +

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Naxos can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Naxos and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Explore Rina's Cave and Koufonisia Cruise From Naxos start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Naxos within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Naxos?

    +

On Outty we rank every Naxos experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Naxos:Half-day cooking class at Basiliko Farm, Naxos Perivoli Farm Experience & Wood-fire Cooking Class, Naxos Kayak Tour to Rina Cave with Snorkeling and Homemade lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Naxos?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Naxos?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
