Guatape day your
Our trip to Guatapé was absolutely amazing! The scenery was beautiful, and we had such a wonderful experience. Our tour guide, Patricia, was incredible—very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire trip. She made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this tour and Patricia as a guide!

Great sights and experience, very poor company.
Gautape is lovely and the rock is a must see. The bus was very basic and noisy. Patricia The guide was very poor. She only spoke to the front rows of the bus and only in Spanish. I understand Spanish but couldn’t hear anything she said. I asked several times for her to turn up the loudspeaker but nothing. I would recommend the tour but not with this company.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected failure of the bus's audio system during your tour. The vehicle was sent directly for inspection and repair immediately after the trip. While we fully understand your frustration regarding the sound, we want to assure future travelers of the high quality of our team and service. Patricia has been an exemplary guide with us for over 10 years. Out of more than 2,000 completed bookings, this is the very first complaint related to her service. In fact, on that same departure, other travelers expressed their sincere appreciation for her guidance and dedication. We regret that a sudden mechanical failure affected your experience, and the issue has already been resolved to ensure our vehicles remain in top condition.
