Nice, but ..

We just drove the car to the museum because you would have a lot of parking nearby where you can park for free. Nothing was less true. It was free, but finding a free spot was quite a task. Arrived at the museum, bought tickets for €18,- and with high expectations went to the 2nd floor where the exhibition begins. The museum is beautifully designed and everything is explained or illustrated in a beautiful way in Italian and English. There is a large collection of cars from the very beginning to more recent times. The racing history of the cars and drivers is also being looked at. I was disappointed that there were many famous Italian cars from the 60s-70s-80s-90s missing from brands like Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Ferrari, and so on. Something I definitely expected to come across here. This makes the access price too high for me.

Response from the operator: Bedankt voor uw feedback.

Our guide took it beyond just explaining what was already on the exhibit information cards

Our guide, Sara, was very knowledgeable about the museum's exhibits, but also provided a rich historical backdrop to the area and those dynamics which influenced the Piedmontese auto industry over the various eras.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your tour with Sara. Her knowledge and ability to connect the museum's collection with the rich history of Piedmont and its automotive heritage make the experience truly special. We hope to welcome you again on another Keys of Italy tour!

How far in advance should I book Exclusive Guided Tour of the MAUTO Turin Automobile Museum?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. What are the best things to do in Turin?

+

On Outty we rank every Turin experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include StreetFood D’Luxe Experience — Tastes of Turin, Turin: Small-group Walking Tour of Top City Highlights, Turin Gourmet Tour: A Premium Tasting Experience by Do Eat Better. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Turin?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Turin?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
