Exclusive Boat Tour from Capri with Swim Stop and Aperitif

Last minute cancellation with very poor customer service

I was messaged via WhatsApp the evening before my experience to say that the boat was not going to be available and offering an alternative day. I had already booked very expensive ferry tickets to Capri for the day of my experience and was not available on the alternative day offered as I had booked another trip. All I was told was that I would get a refund. No effort was made to help me to find an alternative trip and there was barely even an apology for the last minute cancellation. I ended up spending more money on a last-minute booking . So I can't recommend this either as an experience or in terms of the customer service that I received. I contacted Viator customer service via their WhatsApp line and didn't even get a response - just received an email to say that my refund would be processed. I recommend going with a provider that actually cares about your experience.

Unforgettable

We had an incredible time with our terrific skipper Antonio (an Anacapri local) on board the lovely local gozzo, the Obelix. We were picked up promptly from the meeting point in Bar la Vela & taken by buggy to our mooring point. Our first destination was the Blue Grotto where we were extremely lucky not to have to wait long before switching to a rowboat to enter. It was magical. Antonio was full of local knowledge & we visited a host of other beautiful grottos like the Heart, the Green, the Coral, the Emerald & the White. We stopped at 3-4 different grottos & beaches to swim & snorkel - do not miss the Green Grotto. There was also plenty of prosecco & soft drinks on offer plus fresh towels. We finished our tour with a visit to the iconic Faraglioni and incidentally passed numerous super yachts off the Marina Piccolo. Our teenagers (17 & 15) are still in raptures over this once in a lifetime experience. It makes a massive difference to have a private boat & knowledgeable local skipper. Grazie mille, Antonio!

Book with another operator

I give 5 stars for Costanzo only, when we arrived to the boat, the boat was not what we paid for, it did not have a bathroom and was not “Luxury ”. Costanzo went over and beyond to find us a boat like we paid for and by CHANCE someone cancelled, because otherwise we would not have had what we paid for. I spoke to the tour operator and he was telling me I had not paid for a bathroom, by chance I had taken a picture of what I paid and I had proof. Book a tour with Camillo from trip advisor instead, he is awesome, knows everyone and will give you tips on where to go. Also, he is a great storyteller.

Beautiful Views

This boat tour was at the top of my bucket list and it far exceeded my expectations. Words cannot even describe how beautiful it was on the water. The water is clear when shallow and a deep blue when deep. The rocks and cliffs are spectacular. I was sea sick almost the entire time unfortunately, but our host Vittorio was very sweet and made me feel comfortable and helped me to feel better. Even though I was sick, I did not want to get off the boat. It was that beautiful. Vittoria stopped the boat a couple of times and gave us time to swim in the clear waters. I cut myself on a sharp rock, but Vittorio had a first aid kit and helped my cuts. Amazing Tour.
