Great Experience from Start to Finish

I had a positive experience with JetBlack. The entire process was fairly smooth, from arranging the trip to completing the journey. The staff were friendly, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed. The transportation was comfortable, and the trip was handled in an organized manner. What I appreciated most was the convenience of having reliable transportation without having to deal with complicated arrangements. Although there may always be small things that can still be improved, the overall service was satisfactory and met my expectations. I would be happy to use JetBlack again and recommend their service to others.

Gurmeet, was polite and...

Gurmeet, was polite and helpful, but he is a driver, not a tour guide. He offered very little during our three hours together, mainly things like, ‘that’s the highline’ - offering nothing about its origins or significance. during our three hours together he was silent for about 2 hours 45 minutes. You promised a tour, but this was a quiet drive. Very disappointed, but it’s not Gurmeet’s problem, you did not train him or you intentionally sent a driver, not a tour guide! We had to ask what neighborhoods we were driving through. You have an obligation to him and us to have used everyone’s time and money to the intended purpose. I hope no one else experiences this disappointment with your service. I don’t want this review posted, I want you to learn something from it and apologize to us and Gurmeet.
