About this experience
Experience the charm of Paris by night from the Seine, following the same iconic waterway that hosted the unforgettable Paris 2024 Olympic Opening Ceremony. Departing from the historic Pont Neuf, this evening cruise offers a peaceful way to see the city’s most famous landmarks, with soft music and a glass of Champagne included. Your journey begins at Square du Vert-Galant, a quiet riverside spot located just beneath Pont Neuf. Along the route, admire the capital’s most emblematic sights, including the Louvre, the Pont des Arts, the Musée d’Orsay, the Tuileries Garden and Place de la Concorde. Cruise under the Alexandre III Bridge and enjoy views of the Grand Palais and Les Invalides before approaching one of the evening’s most memorable moments: the Eiffel Tower shining over the river.

What you'll see and do
Pont Neuf
Start your evening at Vert-Galant Square, the tiny park at the tip of the Île de la Cité, just under Pont Neuf. From the statue of Henri IV in the middle of the bridge, walk down the stairs to the riverbank where your boat is waiting.
Pass by without stopping
Ile de la Cite
As you leave Pont Neuf, you circle Île de la Cité, where Paris was born. From the water you can see the medieval towers of the Conciergerie, the Courthouse and the elegant riverfront façades – like sailing around an open-air history book.
Pass by without stopping
Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Paris
Gliding along the south bank of the island, you’ll enjoy a clear, unobstructed view of Notre-Dame Cathedral. Even under restoration, its flying buttresses and towers are one of the most powerful symbols of Paris, and the river is the perfect place for photos away from the crowds.
Pass by without stopping
Ile Saint-Louis
The cruise continues past Île Saint-Louis, lined with 17th-century mansions and calm quays. This is one of the most romantic corners of Paris: warm apartment windows, tiny balconies and reflections of the façades in the Seine.
Pass by without stopping
4th Arr. - Hotel-de-Ville
Sailing back towards the Right Bank, you pass the ornate Hôtel de Ville (City Hall) and the lively riverside promenades. Here you really feel local life along the Seine, with people strolling, chatting and enjoying the evening by the water.
Pass by without stopping
Louvre Museum
Further west, the immense façade of the Louvre stretches along the river, facing the domed French Institute on the Left Bank. Between them, the Pont des Arts footbridge offers one of the best viewpoints in Paris – from the boat you can see all three in a single glance.
Pass by without stopping
Musee d'Orsay
On one side of the boat you’ll see the former railway station that is now the Orsay Museum; on the other, the gardens of the Tuileries and the obelisk of Place de la Concorde in the distance. This stretch feels like cruising through a postcard, especially at sunset when the sky turns pink behind the monuments.
Pass by without stopping
Pont Alexandre III
You then pass under Pont Alexandre III, one of the most beautiful bridges in Paris with its golden statues and Art Nouveau lamps. Nearby you’ll see the glass roof of the Grand Palais and, on the Left Bank, the golden dome of Les Invalides, where Napoleon is buried.
Pass by without stopping
Eiffel Tower
As the boat heads further west, the Eiffel Tower comes into full view, rising above the Trocadéro and the Champ de Mars. This is the moment everyone waits for, with Champagne glasses raised and cameras ready.
Pass by without stopping
Pont Neuf
The cruise ends back at du Vert-Galant Square , just a short walk from the lively cafés and restaurants of the Latin Quarter and Saint-Germain, perfect to continue your evening.

Great way to boat around...
Great way to boat around the Seine River and have some champagne! Loved that it had outdoor and indoor (AC) seating during these summer days that can get too warm upstairs.
Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We are delighted that you enjoyed cruising along the Seine with a glass of champagne and appreciated having the choice between our outdoor and air-conditioned indoor seating. It is lovely to know that you could enjoy the views while staying comfortable during the warm summer weather. At France Tourisme, we love creating relaxing and memorable Parisian moments, where guests can simply sit back, enjoy the atmosphere, and admire the city from the water. We would be thrilled to welcome you again for a sunset champagne cruise, or perhaps for a 2h30 Canal Saint-Martin–Seine cruise to discover even more of Paris from a different perspective. Cordialement, Alice de France Tourisme

Nice boat tour
It was really lovely and gorgeous weather. The tour is best seen from the open air top level of the boat but you should note that there are not many chairs up there for the number of passengers on the boat, so if you need or want to sit, get there very very early to line up. There are many chairs available inside the boat on the first level (enclosed) but not as much of a view of the city.
Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the cruise and the beautiful weather, and that you appreciated the views from the open-air top deck. We also appreciate your helpful feedback regarding the seating available on the upper deck. We understand that having a seat can be important, especially for guests who would like to enjoy the scenery comfortably. We are pleased that you found additional seating available on the enclosed lower level, although we understand that the views are different from those on the open-air deck. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again for another memorable Parisian experience, perhaps on our sunset champagne cruise or our 2h30 Canal Saint Martin–Seine cruise. Kind regards, Alice de France Tourisme

Way to cool off in the heat wave
It is really hot in summer. AC by the bar. Don't realize it wasn't narrated on the champagne cruise but bartenders answered questions. Great way to see the sights of Paris
Response from the operator: Bonjour, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed discovering the sights of Paris from the Seine and that our onboard team was able to answer your questions throughout the cruise. We also appreciate your comments regarding the summer temperatures. On warm days, the outdoor areas can indeed become quite hot, while the indoor area near the bar is air-conditioned for guests looking for a cooler space. As mentioned in the tour description, our Champagne Cruise is designed as a relaxing sightseeing experience and does not include live commentary. We are glad that our bartenders were able to make your experience even more enjoyable. We hope to welcome you again soon, perhaps on our Canal Saint-Martin and Seine cruise or during an excursion to the Palace of Versailles. Kind regards, Alice de France Tourisme

Why this scores 55
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Evening Champagne Seine River Sightseeing Cruise in Paris: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.
How much does Evening Champagne Seine River Sightseeing Cruise in Paris cost?
+
Prices start at $27 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Evening Champagne Seine River Sightseeing Cruise in Paris take?
+
Plan for about 1.3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.
Is Evening Champagne Seine River Sightseeing Cruise in Paris worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Evening Champagne Seine River Sightseeing Cruise in Paris?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Evening Champagne Seine River Sightseeing Cruise in Paris suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 2. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 1.3-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Evening Champagne Seine River Sightseeing Cruise in Paris?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 1.3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Evening Champagne Seine River Sightseeing Cruise in Paris start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Paris?
+
Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX, Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Paris?
+
April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Paris?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
