    Tremendously enjoyable

We had an absolutely brilliant time. The pickups and service were spot-on. The guides were knowledgeable and interesting. We were lucky enough to travel with their Social Media guru, Yasin Can. He made the trip so memorable with his professionalism and general upbeat attitude. He is an underrated asset.

    Pathetic lunch

The guide was very good. It is a pleasure to take the excursion with a guide just for you, in our case, with two children. They adapt to your preferences. The lunch was pathetic; they take you to a place with some sad fans, a lot of heat, a dog walking around and brushing against your legs the whole time, and the waitress who sets and clears plates keeps giving leftovers from the plates to the dog... Cleanliness is nowhere to be found, and worst of all, IT IS A DISGRACE THAT THE WATER THEY SERVE YOU IS IN DIRTY AND CRUMPLED BOTTLES, HOT, HOT, AS IF IT HAD JUST COME OUT OF THE MICROWAVE. THERE IS NO OPTION TO PAY FOR COLD WATER. My children do not like soft drinks, they only drink water, and they had to eat without having any kind of drink. The private tour is totally recommended, but DO NOT TAKE THE LUNCH; we left halfway through, no dessert or anything. Inhumane not to be able to even have water. In Spain, that establishment would be closed by health inspectors.

Response from the operator: Dear Alicia , Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. First of all, we are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your private tour and that your guide was able to adapt the experience to your family's preferences, making it enjoyable for both you and your children. Your kind words about the guiding service are truly appreciated. At the same time, we are sincerely sorry to learn that the lunch experience did not meet your expectations. We completely understand how important a comfortable dining environment and properly served refreshments are, especially when traveling with children during the summer months. Please accept our apologies for the issues you experienced. We have already shared your comments with our local partner and the restaurant management for immediate review. Feedback like yours is extremely valuable, as it helps us maintain the quality standards we strive to offer our guests. We truly appreciate your honest comments and are grateful that, despite this unfortunate experience, you still found the private tour itself worthwhile. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Turkiye in the future and provide you with an experience that exceeds your expectations in every aspect. Warm regards, Far Out Turkey Travel Management

Money Well Spent: FAROUT TURIZM Turned Our Istanbul Dream into Reality ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

FAROUT TURIZM LIMITED ŞİRKETİ gave my family an absolutely unforgettable and flawless experience in Istanbul! We traveled as a family of four, including an infant and a toddler, and from the very first moment to the last, everything was perfectly curated with care, professionalism, and genuine warmth. Right from arrival on TK290, the welcome was seamless and stress-free. We were greeted at Exit 14 with a clear “WELCOME TO TURKEY” board, and our representative was easy to spot holding an iPad with my name, Mr. Chike Okeke. The private transfer to the beautiful Armada Hotel was smooth, and the entire process felt thoughtful and reassuring—especially with little ones in tow. Over the four days, FAROUT designed the perfect mix of history, relaxation, and family-friendly fun: • Day 1 took us through Istanbul’s historic gems: the breathtaking Blue Mosque, the awe-inspiring Hagia Sophia, the fascinating Hippodrome, and the vibrant chaos of the Grand Bazaar—guided privately at a pace that worked perfectly for us. • Day 2 included a relaxing morning followed by a scenic Bosphorus cruise in the afternoon—a highlight for capturing beautiful family photos while gliding between two continents. • Day 3 was pure joy for the kids (and us adults too!): Miniatürk’s incredible miniature landmarks, a visit to the Asian side with a modern mall for dining and downtime, and the spectacular Istanbul Aquarium—an underwater wonder that left everyone mesmerized. Every transfer was exceptional, but the ride back to the airport on Day 5 truly stood out. The luxurious, spacious van was top-notch—complete with heating, great music, and plenty of room for the kids to stay comfortable and entertained. It removed every bit of travel stress and let us simply enjoy the moment. A very special thank you to Persem Ozcan Tek—her patience, kindness, and dedication made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure our little ones were happy and that we all felt cared for throughout the trip. Yes, we wish we’d chosen a slightly warmer time of year weather-wise, but that’s on us—not the experience! Istanbul in December was still magical, and FAROUT TURIZM made every moment count. This agency is a truly trusted and outstanding brand. Every lira was money incredibly well spent. If you’re planning a trip to Turkey—especially with family—look no further than FAROUT TURIZM. They don’t just organize tours; they create cherished memories with heart and excellence. Highly, wholeheartedly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Response from the operator: Dear Mr. Okeke, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a heartfelt and detailed review. Reading your words truly means a great deal to all of us at FAROUT TURKEY. It was an absolute pleasure to host you and your beautiful family in Istanbul. Designing a smooth, comfortable, and memorable journey—especially when traveling with an infant and a toddler—is something we approach with the utmost care, and we are delighted to know that every detail, from your arrival to your departure, met and exceeded your expectations. Your kind remarks about the itinerary balance, private guiding pace, seamless transfers, and family-friendly experiences reflect exactly what we strive for: thoughtful planning combined with genuine hospitality. We are especially happy that highlights such as the Bosphorus cruise, Miniatürk, and the Istanbul Aquarium created joyful moments for both the children and the adults alike. A special thank you for recognizing Ersem Tek. Your appreciation will certainly be shared with her, and we are proud to have team members who serve our guests with such dedication, patience, and warmth. While December weather can be a bit cooler, we’re delighted that Istanbul still left you with magical memories—and that we could make every moment count despite the season. On behalf of our entire team, thank you for trusting FAROUT TURKEY with your family’s journey. Creating meaningful, stress-free, and lasting memories is at the heart of what we do, and your recommendation is the highest compliment we could receive. We would be honored to welcome you and your family back to Turkey again in the future. Warmest regards, FAROUT TURKEY Management Team

Ephesus Private or Small Group Tour With Ticket Option: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kusadasi.

How much does Ephesus Private or Small Group Tour With Ticket Option cost?

    +

Prices start at $25 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kusadasi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Ephesus Private or Small Group Tour With Ticket Option take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kusadasi is not rushed.

Is Ephesus Private or Small Group Tour With Ticket Option worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kusadasi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Ephesus Private or Small Group Tour With Ticket Option?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Ephesus Private or Small Group Tour With Ticket Option suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Ephesus Private or Small Group Tour With Ticket Option?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kusadasi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kusadasi and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Ephesus Private or Small Group Tour With Ticket Option start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kusadasi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kusadasi?

    +

On Outty we rank every Kusadasi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include FOR CRUISERS: Ephesus & Virgin Mary Tour with ENTRY TICKET+LUNCH, Ephesus Temple of Artemis and House of Mary Private Half Day Tour, Ephesus and Temple of Artemis Private Tour from Kusadasi Port. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kusadasi?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kusadasi?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
