Excellent Bang for your Money

Very good price for what was included !! We went in mid Feb 2026 on a large tour bus after spring melt started. Nice views of the Countryside while driving around. Our tour included; 1.Gapyeong Sheep and Alpaca Ranch Cafe - small country farm with Alpacas, sheep, goats, Mercats and Pheasants. This stop was a last minute addition due to the Ice Wall attraction experiencing melting from warm weather. 2.Ebo Valley Ice Wall and River walk with a couple mountain sides frozen from MAN MADE spraying water. Not a natural feature but you can take a nice 1km stroll "down river" along a boardwalk that takes you past campgrounds and left turn onto the road to loop through the llittle village and back up to the bus. 3.Nami Island - A private island with small Theme Park, nice natural areas to stroll and view the Han River. In summer there would be lots of water activities to do as well. We just rented bikes to get around quickly. 4.Garden of Morning Calm - the winter lights were on and we arrived just before dusk and stayed 1 hour. Definitely the highlight of this tour if you get to stay after dark like we did. Seen lots of outdoor lights traveling and this was the best by far. Attention to detail and precision lighting everywhere. Not to mention an appropriate 1,000 year old relocated Juniper tree. Be sure to move quick here as a 1 hour stop is just barely enough to cover everything.

Great way to see lots of Seoul in one day

This tour was long, but it included so many great stops and is an excellent option if you have a short amount of time in South Korea and want to explore as much as possible. Every stop was enjoyable and well thought out, and the day was packed with fun experiences. Lena was exceptional. She was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire tour and always made herself available to take photos for all 40+ of us at every stop, which I really appreciated as a solo traveller. Her communication was very clear, especially regarding timings and when to return to the bus, which made the day run smoothly. The lunch spot selected was delicious, the bus seating was comfortable, and the driver was very friendly as well. The only issue I had — completely unrelated to the tour operator or guide — was the ‘Israeli’ flag being prominently displayed at Nami Island, which felt unethical, unnecessary, and was super upsetting to see. Aside from that, it was a great tour overall with many excellent stops, and I would still recommend it to others looking to make the most of limited time in Korea. Thanks again Lena for the great photos!

Eobi valley was a waste of time.

The guide Kathy was very helpful and informative. Nami island was great fun to visit. A bit dissapointed with Eobi Ice - man made and there was only 1 main attraction point there (i checked with a couple of guides who were there if there were other attraction points, they said no). Its good for the local tourism, but felt rather wasteful to make a trip all the way there for something man made (and buy truffle seaweed). Anyway, now I know. Gardens of the morning calm was nice (despite reaching there before nightfall) - but by this stage, we were tired from all the travelling around.

Full-day tour.

A fun day tour with our very knowledgeable guide. Even in the cold weather Sky made sure we were comfortable and curated a fun tour. Go Team Sky!

Eobi Ice Wall & Nami Island & Morning Calm Light Festival: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seoul.

How much does Eobi Ice Wall & Nami Island & Morning Calm Light Festival cost?

+

Prices start at $83000 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seoul usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Eobi Ice Wall & Nami Island & Morning Calm Light Festival take?

+

Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seoul is not rushed.

Is Eobi Ice Wall & Nami Island & Morning Calm Light Festival worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 18 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seoul, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Eobi Ice Wall & Nami Island & Morning Calm Light Festival?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Eobi Ice Wall & Nami Island & Morning Calm Light Festival suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Eobi Ice Wall & Nami Island & Morning Calm Light Festival?

+

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seoul can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seoul and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Eobi Ice Wall & Nami Island & Morning Calm Light Festival start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seoul within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Seoul?

+

On Outty we rank every Seoul experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include DMZ Tour: Defector Q&A, Tunnel & Suspension Bridge /Hotel pick up, Best DMZ Tour Seoul: Defector Q&A, 3rd Tunnel & Suspension Bridge, 2026 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best: DMZ Tour from Seoul. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Seoul?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Seoul?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
