Lack of information
Mr Bergen Park was a good guide. Unfortunately, he did not inform us that beforehand that two (2) of the included attractions were closed on that day Monday. We could have re-scheduled. This tour was definitely over-priced.
Response from the operator: I appreciate your review on our mistake not informed you of two tour attractions were closed on our tour date beforehand. Even if we visited some other places to replace two tour attractions which is closed on every Monday, it seems not to have been satisfied you. Even if you were not satisfied with our tour, I hope you enjoyed your trip with lots of fun and pleasure in Korea. In order to show our sincerity, if you will visit Korea later again, we would like to guide you for a day at no charge and hope to serve a nice dinner for your couple. And, we will try not to happen this kind of matter again. Thank you again for your helpful review on the matter. Bergen Park

How many days do you need in Seoul?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
