After the water boils we go to a distillery and: - We enjoy the tasting of the traditional alcoholic beverage of Oaxaca "El Mezcal", we go to a factory, also known as expenditure or palenque. At the end of the tasting we returned to Oaxaca City.

We visit the town of Roagia, where the petrified waterfalls of Hierve el Agua are located, there we will have 3 hours free to hike, enjoy the view and natural pools.
