Eiffel Tower “Tour”
The tour was a waste. No time saved in lines, very minimal guide engagement. Ended up costing 100 euros more than just getting tickets on site. Sydney was low energy, lacked engagement and rude when asked to take a photo. To be fair, I don’t think he realized we were part of his tour when this occurred. Highly recommend visiting the tower but save your money for something else!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service – A Truly Appreciated Experience!
We booked our Eiffel Tower summit visit through Viator and were scheduled to meet the tour operator at 10:00 am. Unfortunately, due to heavy traffic and ongoing protests in Paris, we were delayed by approximately 30 minutes. We contacted the organisers to explain the situation and kept them updated. Despite our late arrival, the service provider was extremely understanding and kindly accommodated us. A very special thank you to Ms Arnaud, who personally came to meet us and escorted us to the Eiffel Tower, ensuring we did not miss this wonderful experience. Her professionalism, kindness, flexibility and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were truly exceptional. What could have been a disappointing experience turned into a memorable visit, thanks to her outstanding assistance. We sincerely appreciate this excellent customer service and highly recommend this tour operator. Thank you, Ms Arnaud, for going above and beyond to help us! 🇫🇷🗼❤️

October 2026: Wear layers - it was cold and windy at the top. On the upside - there were few crowds at the site

Eiffel Tower is a wonderful legacy from the 1800's
We were on a 4.45 tour and it all went smoothly. Michaela was a wonderful guide and was obviously very proud of the Eiffel Tower as she should be. It is hard to imagine that something built in 1889 was still functioning as it was designed 137 years later. The views from the top are amazing and the city "lines that emanate from the tower to all points of the city is amazing. If you can set aside the time watching the lights of Paris coming on is a wonderful "add on" to a special tour. Michaela thank you for your knowledge and care.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review of your Eiffel Tower experience! We're pleased to hear that your visit went smoothly and that Michaela's knowledge and enthusiasm helped bring the fascinating history of this iconic Parisian landmark to life. The views from the summit are truly remarkable, especially as the city begins to light up in the evening. We're glad you had the opportunity to appreciate this special atmosphere and the incredible legacy of the Eiffel Tower. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to Michaela. Thank you for choosing Paris TRIP, and we hope to welcome you back for another memorable experience in Paris! Warm regards, The Paris TRIP Team

We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your Eiffel Tower tour and that your guide made the experience so pleasant. It's also great to know that the security process went smoothly and that we could help you experience this iconic Parisian landmark when tickets were no longer available on the official website. Thank you for choosing Paris TRIP. We hope to welcome you back for another memorable experience in Paris! Warm regards, The Paris TRIP Team

Eiffel Tower Summit with Reserved Access by Elevator: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.
How much does Eiffel Tower Summit with Reserved Access by Elevator cost?
+
Prices start at $92 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Eiffel Tower Summit with Reserved Access by Elevator take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.
Is Eiffel Tower Summit with Reserved Access by Elevator worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 190 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Eiffel Tower Summit with Reserved Access by Elevator?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Eiffel Tower Summit with Reserved Access by Elevator suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Eiffel Tower Summit with Reserved Access by Elevator?
+
Around 67 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Eiffel Tower Summit with Reserved Access by Elevator start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Paris?
+
Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based), Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Paris?
+
April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Paris?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
