Two Iconic Landmarks, One Unforgettable Experience!

Our family had the most incredible time on this walking tour! From start to finish, everything was impeccably planned and well-executed. We began our day early, which was definitely a smart move as we got to beat the massive crowds. Boarding one of the earliest ferries was a fantastic way to start our journey, and the views of Manhattan from the water were simply jaw-dropping. We felt like we had the whole harbor to ourselves! The Statue of Liberty Museum was fascinating, and we had plenty of time to explore and take photos. The guided walk around Liberty Island provided stunning opportunities to snap pictures of Lady Liberty against the skyline, and we learned so much about her significance. The tour didn’t stop there! After returning to Manhattan, we walked through the heart of the downtown skyline and then onto the Brooklyn Bridge. Our guide shared amazing insights into the history and engineering of the bridge, making it an unforgettable experience. This tour truly combines the best of New York's history, landmarks, and breathtaking views, all with the help of an expert guide. It was a perfect way to experience two of New York’s most iconic landmarks without the stress of navigating the crowds. We left with so many wonderful memories, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting NYC!

Response from the operator: Wow—thank you so much for the fantastic review! We're blushing brighter than a Florida sunset. We're thrilled to hear you had such a brilliant time with your super-friendly and informative local guide, Daniel (we agree—he's a gem!). It means the world to us to know the tour hit all the right notes and left you with some unforgettable memories—and hopefully a few fun facts to impress your friends back home! Thanks a million for the high recommendation—it’s the kind of thing that makes us do a little happy dance (usually with a coffee in one hand and a map in the other). Wishing you many more great adventures, and we’d love to welcome you back any time you're in the neighborhood! Warmest wishes, The LetzGo City Tours Team

    Loved it!

One of the best guided tours I have ever been to. Our guide was super friendly and knowledgeable. Seeing the Statue of Liberty from up close was a truly unforgettable experience just like crossing the iconic Brooklyn Bridge.

    Awful and disappointing!

I booked our guided tour through Tripadvisor. Tripadvisor somehow arranged for Letz Go to handle our tour. James, our tour guide, was horrible. We had paid for a 4 hour tour of the Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge. This guy was neither knowledgeable or personable. Hew provided incorrect facts at the Statue of Liberty. After 1.5 hours of him (we paid for 4 hrs), we told him we were no longer were interested in using his services. I have sent a thorough email to both Tripadvisor and LetzGo with all of the facts of our experience. Somehow a group named Viator sent me an email saying they had spoke to the tour guide and we didn't express any dissatisfaction and they will not be refunding any of our money. I had my adult daughter and my 12 yo granddaughter on this tour. Truly just wanted my granddaughter to learn as much as she could about the sights in NYC in 5 days. This tour was a waste of time and money! Know who you are booking through. I will never again use Tripadvisor! I've traveled the world, and this tour and customer service has been a joke.

Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you for sharing your review. It seems that your experience differed from the one delivered by our local, first-class guide. The tour was conducted as planned, but it appears there may have been some misunderstandings regarding the itinerary and the services included. Our tours are group experiences, not private ones, and are designed to include all components of the planned route. It seems you requested changes to the itinerary, such as skipping the Brooklyn Bridge, as you had a pre-arranged lunch. While we understand these preferences, we want to clarify that a group tour follows a set schedule and does not offer the flexibility of a bespoke experience. For future tours, we would recommend considering a private tour, where you can tailor the itinerary to your specific interests and preferences. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future travels. Best Regards, Sean Customer Service

Fantastic tour in New York City

My partner and myself took the VIP SUMMIT One Vanderbilt Midtown Grand Central Highlights Tour with LetzGoCityTours and we enjoyed it so much that we decided to do also this tour. We were not disappointed: the combination of such iconic city marks and a brilliant tour guide (Stan, thanks so much for taking us on this fantastic journey) made our visit outstanding. We took amazing photos and discovered history that otherwise would have ignored if visiting by ourselves. Absolutely recommended.

Response from the operator: Frances, Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed both the VIP Summit One Vanderbilt Midtown Grand Central Highlights Tour and this new tour. It sounds like Stan made your experience even more special with his brilliant guidance and insights. We're so happy that you were able to capture amazing photos and learn history that you might have missed otherwise. If you’re planning to visit other cities, be sure to check out our other tours across Europe and the USA for even more unforgettable experiences. We can’t wait to welcome you again soon! 🌍

Easy Access Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge Discovery Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for New York.

How much does Easy Access Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge Discovery Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $124 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in New York usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Easy Access Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge Discovery Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in New York is not rushed.

Is Easy Access Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge Discovery Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in New York, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Easy Access Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge Discovery Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Easy Access Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge Discovery Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Easy Access Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge Discovery Tour?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in New York can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in New York and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Easy Access Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge Discovery Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central New York within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in New York?

    +

New York has more bookable experiences than any other city on Outty, and the quality spread is brutal. Observation decks are commoditised, so we score them on timed-entry reliability and sunset slots. Food tours and borough walks are where the ranking really separates operators, and the top scores in the city all come from small-group guides. On Outty we rank every New York experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Grand Canyon VIP Helicopter Tour, Half-Day Bus Tour of NYC Top Highlights, NYC Bus Tour of Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens: Art, Food & Sports. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit New York?

    +

September to early November, and late April through June. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in New York?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
