Fun class for the whole family

We had a fantastic time doing the pate a choux class. Our instructor was engaging and so nice and everything came out so delicious. We did it as a family with two kids, 14 and 11 years old and they loved it. The space was also nicely air conditioned so a welcome break from the heat.

Edible joy

Leticia is a wonderful instructor, very talented and personable. My only critique is poor directions.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your review and for joining our éclair and choux pastry class. We’re delighted to hear that you found Leticia to be a talented, personable instructor who made the session enjoyable. We also really appreciate your honest feedback about the directions. We’re sorry for any confusion this may have caused on the way to the studio, and we are actively working on improving our meeting instructions and signage so that future guests can find us more easily. Thank you again for sharing your experience—it helps us continue to make the classes both delicious and well organized. We hope to welcome you back to Studio Pâtisserie on a future visit to Paris. Warm regards, From all of us at Studio Pâtisserie

Own eclairs

Very delicious and I learned a lot

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your review! We’re delighted to hear that you found the éclairs and choux “very delicious” and that you learned a lot during the class. Our goal is always to combine clear, step‑by‑step teaching with plenty of hands‑on practice, so it’s wonderful to know the experience was both tasty and educational for you. We hope your new skills inspire you to make your own éclairs and choux pastries at home. Warm regards, From all of us at Studio Pâtisserie

Fantastic

My mom and I enjoyed a trip to Paris together. This baking class was my favorite experience! So welcoming. We had fun and learned so much. I wish I had time to do ask the classes while getting to visit.

Response from the operator: Thank you for choosing to spend part of your mother-and-daughter trip to Paris with us—it means so much to hear that the Éclair & Choux Pastry class was your favourite experience. We loved welcoming you both into the kitchen and are delighted that you had fun while learning the techniques behind choux pastry, éclairs, and their delicious fillings. Sharing a hands-on baking experience is such a wonderful way to create memories together, especially in Paris. There is always more to discover in French pastry, so we hope this gives you the perfect excuse to return! We would be delighted to welcome you back for macarons, croissants, tarts, or any of our other classes on your next visit. Warm regards, From all of us at Studio Pâtisserie

One of my favorite experiences ever!

What a wonderful experience! My daughter and I came to Paris specifically for these baking classes at Studio Patisserie. We took the eclair class and the macaron class taught by Chef Maria and the three day intensive class with Chef Leo . All of the classes were fantastic. We learned a lot and had fun the whole time. Leo and Maria were delightful and we could tell they truly loved what they were doing. . The end product was delicious and we were the favorite guests at our hotel (because we gave away so much of the food to the staff… it was impossible to eat at all) It was such an amazing experience that my daughter and I got matching tattoos of tiny whisks to commemorate the experience ! We would love to go back again. It never hurts to take a refresher course. !

Response from the operator: Bonjour, Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you and your daughter had such a memorable experience with us at Studio Pâtisserie. We are glad that both you and the hotel staff enjoyed the pastries. We’d love to welcome you back anytime! Best, Team Studio Pâtisserie

Éclair & Choux Pastry Baking Class with a Chef: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.

How much does Éclair & Choux Pastry Baking Class with a Chef cost?

+

Prices start at $109 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Éclair & Choux Pastry Baking Class with a Chef take?

+

Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.

Is Éclair & Choux Pastry Baking Class with a Chef worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Éclair & Choux Pastry Baking Class with a Chef?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Éclair & Choux Pastry Baking Class with a Chef suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 12. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 2.5-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Éclair & Choux Pastry Baking Class with a Chef?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Éclair & Choux Pastry Baking Class with a Chef start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Paris?

+

Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX, Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Paris?

+

April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Paris?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
