    Offensive Guide; save your money

Almost a month later, our who group is still talking about how horrible this experience was. Our guide Roger seemed bothered to be there and was just dropping us off at places because “he was supposed to.” Made some really tone deaf and off putting comments about people in low income housing. Did a poor job keeping group together with seniors struggling to keep up. We would have been better off just buying the tickets at Guinness and Roe & Co on our own.

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts again. We appreciate that this experience clearly did not meet your expectations. As we mentioned in our previous response over a month ago, we conducted a thorough internal investigation into the operation of your tour, including speaking directly with the guide and reviewing the day's itinerary and procedures. Based on that investigation, we respectfully disagree with your assessment of how the tour was conducted. Our findings indicated that the tour was delivered in accordance with our established itinerary and operational standards. While we fully understand that every guest experiences a tour differently, we did not find evidence to support the concerns raised regarding the guide's professionalism or the overall management of the experience. That said, we are genuinely sorry that you did not enjoy the tour as so many of our guests do. Guest feedback is always taken seriously, and even when we respectfully disagree with a review, we use it as an opportunity to reflect on how we can continue improving our experiences. We wish you all the very best in your future travels and thank you once again for taking the time to share your perspective.

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dublin.

How much does Dublin Ultimate Guinness, Whiskey & Gin Irish Trilogy Experience cost?

    +

Is Dublin Ultimate Guinness, Whiskey & Gin Irish Trilogy Experience worth it?

    +

That score blends traveler sentiment (2/5 across 1 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dublin, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Dublin Ultimate Guinness, Whiskey & Gin Irish Trilogy Experience?

How far in advance should I book Dublin Ultimate Guinness, Whiskey & Gin Irish Trilogy Experience?

    +

Around 0 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dublin can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dublin and add a light layer if any part of the 3.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Dublin Ultimate Guinness, Whiskey & Gin Irish Trilogy Experience start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dublin within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Dublin?

    +

On Outty we rank every Dublin experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dublin to Cliffs of Moher, including Wild Atlantic Way and Galway, Dublin Highlights and Hidden Gems Guided Walking Tour, The Little Museum of Dublin Famous Guided Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Dublin?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dublin?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
