    Ireland Adventure We’ll Never Forget

Fantastic Tour & an Incredible Guide! We had such an incredible experience on our Rabbie’s tour of Ireland, and a huge part of that was because of our guide, Jim! He was energetic, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. You could tell how passionate he was about Ireland and its history, and he made every part of the journey interesting and memorable. Over the course of the tour, we got to experience so much of Ireland — from the Old Kilbeggan Distillery and Clonmacnoise, to the stunning Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, Dingle Peninsula, and the Slea Head Drive. The Ring of Kerry and Skellig Ring were absolutely breathtaking, and stops like Waterville, Derrynane House, Torc Waterfall, and Blarney Castle gave us such a great mix of scenery, history, and culture. We also loved getting to explore Kinsale and the Rock of Cashel before returning to Dublin. Jim made the long drives feel like part of the experience rather than just transportation. He shared stories, history, local knowledge, and plenty of humor along the way, and he always brought so much energy to the day. Even when we were tired from a full day of exploring, Jim somehow kept the atmosphere fun! What really stood out was how much we learned while still having an absolute blast. We saw so much of Ireland in a relatively short time, and Jim made us feel like we were experiencing the country rather than simply checking places off a list. A group favorite was seeing the Celtic Steps on our final night in Killarney. If you’re considering a Rabbie’s tour, I highly recommend it — and if you get Jim as your guide, you’re in for an especially great trip! He truly helped make our Ireland adventure one we’ll never forget. ☘️☘️☘️

Exceptional Tour and Tour Guide (Jim)

We recently embarked on a five-day tour of Ireland with our family, and it was simply unforgettable! From the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher and the stunning Ring of Kerry to the beautiful Dingle Peninsula, every moment was memorable. The hands-on experiences with local animals, including the impressive Irish Wolfhound, added a unique touch to our adventure. Our tour guide, Jim, truly made the trip special with his deep knowledge of Ireland’s history and culture, paired with his great sense of humor. He was attentive to our needs, ensuring we had plenty of breaks for meals and exploration while sharing fascinating insights that made the drives enjoyable. Jim’s special touch of incorporating Irish music related to the areas we visited added to the enjoyment and experience. Highlights like the Cliffs of Kerry, Irish dancing, and watching sheepdogs in action were unforgettable, but it was Jim’s passion and expertise that really brought the tour to life. We can’t recommend this tour and tour guide highly enough—an exceptional journey made extraordinary by an outstanding guide!

Great tour and excellent tour guide

Marcus was an excellent driver and tour guide. He was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. The tour was at a relaxed pace and we appreciated that he took us to see the Kerry Cliffs, as this was not part of the original itinerary. Marcus provided insightful commentary on the tour, as well as played a variety of Irish songs over the music system which were highly appropriate for the sites and scenery. He made regular comfort stops along the way, which was greatly appreciated. Marcus dropped us to our hotel near Dublin Airport at the end of the tour, which was very kind. We had a great tour and have already recommended Rabbie’s to friends.

This tour makes you fall in love with Ireland! 😍

This was a great trip, well above my expectations! We had an amazing tour guide Stevie (Wonder), he cared so much about his group and made sure he gave us the best experience and made everything easy for us. Super clean bus, very comfy, accommodations were great (except for Fairview in Killarney - staff was friendly but cleanliness very poor). The planning of the itinerary was perfect, a bit fast-paced but good given the number of places we got to visit. Overall highly recommended!

There is quite a bit of...

We had a splendid time on our tour. Our tour guide , Stevie, was very knowledgeable and made our trip of Ireland very memorable. He showed us unique things about Ireland that we would never know if we didn't see it. Since there is a quite a bit of walking on the tour, we realize that was necessary if you wanted to see and explore Ireland the right way. We had awesome weather so that contributed to why we had a wonderful tour also.

Dublin to South West 5 Day Small-Group Tour with Accommodation: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dublin.

How much does Dublin to South West 5 Day Small-Group Tour with Accommodation cost?

    +

Prices start at $1286 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dublin usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Dublin to South West 5 Day Small-Group Tour with Accommodation take?

    +

Plan for about 120 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dublin is not rushed.

Is Dublin to South West 5 Day Small-Group Tour with Accommodation worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 175 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Dublin, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Dublin to South West 5 Day Small-Group Tour with Accommodation?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Dublin to South West 5 Day Small-Group Tour with Accommodation suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 120-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Dublin to South West 5 Day Small-Group Tour with Accommodation?

    +

Around 61 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dublin can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dublin and add a light layer if any part of the 120-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Dublin to South West 5 Day Small-Group Tour with Accommodation start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dublin within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Dublin?

    +

On Outty we rank every Dublin experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dublin to Cliffs of Moher, including Wild Atlantic Way and Galway, Dublin Highlights and Hidden Gems Guided Walking Tour, The Little Museum of Dublin Famous Guided Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Dublin?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dublin?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
