Tuk tuk tour
The tuk tuk tour was great! Tony, our guide, was friendly and very knowledgeable of the areas we visited. We stopped twice, in nice spots and enjoyed the scenery. Highly recommended two hour excursion.
Response from the operator: Oh wow, we can´t thank you enough for recommending our tour, it always means a lot for the team and we look forward meeting you very soon again, perhaps with new tours! ☺️🛺❤️

10/10 but wouldn’t suggest for children
The whole experience was amazing there were 5 of us total on the tour and it was really good, the tuktuk is slightly cramped but there’s more than enough stops so you don’t cramp up or anything just not a ton of leg room but you do have the option for a private tour as well but the tour guide was very educated and knowledgeable and was also willing to take pictures and pose us haha. Overall an amazing experience for couples or the older crowd probably wouldn’t suggest it to the thrill seeking crowd or to children. Staff member was very friendly and because there were no children some of the rules on the tuktuk were a little bit more flexible. Price was amazing for everything you get from stunning ocean views to hotel recommendations to the islands history. I genuinely got lost with time so I can’t say exactly how long it was because it was genuinely a really Interesting tour but I would probably set aside 2-3 hrs especially because we were offered the option to stop for a drink / food but nobody in our group was interested. So overall really good and we will be back May 2027
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your great review, we are very happy to know you enjoyed it that much and we look forward meeting you very soon again maybe with new tours! 🛺❤️☺️

Unprofessional and absolutely rude
I cannot comment on the quality of the tour itself because I never had the opportunity to take part. Before the tour, I sent a message asking whether hotel pick-up was available, but I never received a response. I therefore booked an Uber to the address listed on the company’s website, only to discover that it was not the actual departure point and was about a five-minute walk away. I immediately called the company to explain the situation. Rather than trying to help, I was told rather abruptly that they were “not a taxi service” and I should make my own way. I said I would walk to the meeting point, and I was assured they would wait 10 minutes. I arrived in less than 10 minutes, but the tour had already left. When I called again, the attitude had completely changed. I was told the situation was my fault, that no refund would be offered, and that I should take the matter up with Uber because I had been dropped at the wrong location—even though I had travelled to the address published by the company. What disappointed me most was the way I was spoken to. The communication was rude, confrontational and unprofessional. After I asked whether a refund would be considered, I received follow-up messages repeating the same accusations rather than any attempt to resolve the issue. I found the tone intimidating and completely lacking in customer care. If the correct meeting point differs from the address on the website, this should be made very clear to customers before the day of the tour. A simple response to my original message or waiting the promised 10 minutes could have avoided the entire situation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the poor communication and lack of customer service.
Response from the operator: Hi Chileshe, let me correct you and your lies: 1. You claim you sent us a message asking if we could pick you up at your hotel. This is false. We never received any message, neither by email, WhatsApp, nor through Viator's internal messaging system. I've also attached the Viator conversation, which shows that we were the first to contact you, not the other way around. 2. Your Uber dropped you off on Valencia Street, which she's lying about. This address isn't listed on our website or Viator; it's Avenida España 9, across from Bar Wakanda Origen, which is just 450 meters (an 8-minute walk) from where you were dropped of. You had plenty of time to get there, since we sent you the address and a Google Maps link at 10:53 AM. 3. You are lying again, saying you called us immediately, when in fact we were the ones who called you at 10:48 and later at 11:02 to check how were you doing and to let you know that, as it was a shared tour, we could only wait a maximum of 5 minutes, since the other groups were already on time and ready to leave. 4. The only time you called us was from a private number at 11:08, demonstrating that we respected the 5-minute grace period and that you were the one who arrived late. 5. You claim you arrived in less than 10 minutes, another lie, since from when we called her at 10:48 until she arrived at 11:08, there were 20 minutes, when those 450 meters could have been covered in 8 minutes according to Google Maps. 6. You are lying when you say we were rude and unpleasant, when, as you can see in the WhatsApp conversation, we offered you, as an exception (without being obligated to), that if we had other cancellations and space available for you, we would call you to change her tour. Next time, instead of writing a false review, I recommend you not to lie and not blame on the rest what was clearly your fault.

Why this scores 79
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Double Tuk Tuk Tour in Costa Adeje: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tenerife.
How much does Double Tuk Tuk Tour in Costa Adeje cost?
+
Prices start at $45 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tenerife usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Double Tuk Tuk Tour in Costa Adeje take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tenerife is not rushed.
Is Double Tuk Tuk Tour in Costa Adeje worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 79 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 245 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tenerife, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Double Tuk Tuk Tour in Costa Adeje?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Double Tuk Tuk Tour in Costa Adeje suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Double Tuk Tuk Tour in Costa Adeje?
+
Around 86 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tenerife can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tenerife and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Double Tuk Tuk Tour in Costa Adeje start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tenerife within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tenerife?
+
On Outty we rank every Tenerife experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Whale watching & listening Eco-Catamaran Tour with Snacks &Drinks, Group Surfing Lesson at Playa de las Américas, Tenerife, 3-hour Whale and Dolphin Watching and Listening Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tenerife?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tenerife?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
