Best guide and lots of local nature!
Chase was awesome! Highly recommend. Did it with my 11yr old and 72yr mom. Grandma took a paddle board and me and my daughter did a tandem kayak. We saw dolphins, osprey, egret, flamingo, other sea birds. Stopped at a beach on the island and found crabs, starfish and a a conch. Nice chill way to spend a few hours out in nature.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad your family had such a great time exploring St. Augustine with Chase. It sounds like you had an incredible day for wildlife, from dolphins and birds to crabs, starfish, and a conch along the island! We love hearing that both your 11-year-old and your mom were able to enjoy the adventure using a tandem kayak and paddle board. Chase's knowledge of the area and wildlife helps make the experience both fun and relaxing for all ages. Thank you for the recommendation and for choosing Three Brothers Boards!

Paddleboarding with a guide
Having had a bad experience kayaking as a teenager, at nearly 60 i was a bit cautious, but my wife insisted we go paddle boarding. We had a great time, the guide Chase was excellent, but after being a keyboard warrior for 5 years, my arms are feeling it. There was no pressure to race etc. Please tip generously especially if you got a good deal.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad you decided to give paddleboarding a try and had such a great experience with Chase. Our tours are all about enjoying the water at a comfortable pace, and we're happy Chase made you feel at ease throughout the adventure. Hopefully those arms recover quickly! We'll be sure to share your kind words with Chase. Thank you for choosing Three Brothers Boards!

Relaxing fun
Nolan our tour guide was excellent . He was very knowledgeable and kind. We did get to watch some dolphins feed. It was very relaxing and incredibly fun at the same time. I absolutely loved it.

Watching dolphins feed in their natural habitat is always a special experience, and we're so glad you were able to witness it. Nolan's knowledge, kindness, and passion for sharing the area's wildlife help make every tour memorable. We'll be sure to share your kind words with him. We truly appreciate your review and hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable adventure on the water soon!

Ok
Well… we seen turtles and a couple of crabs….a couple of birds…. No Mandates! No Dolphins! The tour guide was very nice…. I paid to see manatees and dolphins
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your guide and were able to see sea turtles, crabs, and some of our local birdlife during your time on the water. We certainly understand that you were hoping to see dolphins and manatees as well. Our Dolphin, Manatee & Sea Turtle Adventure takes guests through the natural habitat where these animals are commonly found, but because all of the wildlife we encounter is completely wild and free-roaming, sightings can vary from tour to tour. Our guides always do their best to locate as much wildlife as possible, but we can never guarantee which animals will make an appearance on a particular day. We're glad you were able to experience some of the wildlife highlighted on the tour and that you enjoyed your time with your guide.

Why this scores 70
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Dolphin, Manatee and Sea Turtle Kayak Adventure in St. Augustine: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for St Augustine.
How much does Dolphin, Manatee and Sea Turtle Kayak Adventure in St. Augustine cost?
+
Prices start at $69 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in St Augustine usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Dolphin, Manatee and Sea Turtle Kayak Adventure in St. Augustine take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in St Augustine is not rushed.
Is Dolphin, Manatee and Sea Turtle Kayak Adventure in St. Augustine worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 147 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in St Augustine, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Dolphin, Manatee and Sea Turtle Kayak Adventure in St. Augustine?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Dolphin, Manatee and Sea Turtle Kayak Adventure in St. Augustine suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Dolphin, Manatee and Sea Turtle Kayak Adventure in St. Augustine?
+
Around 51 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in St Augustine can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in St Augustine and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Dolphin, Manatee and Sea Turtle Kayak Adventure in St. Augustine start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central St Augustine within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in St Augustine?
+
St Augustine is walkable history: Castillo de San Marcos, Spanish quarter walking tours, trolley loops, lighthouse climbs and some of the best-attended ghost tours in the country. Guide storytelling quality is the main variable. On Outty we rank every St Augustine experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Medieval Torture Museum with Ghost Hunting and Tiny Art Gallery, St. Augustine's Wine, Cocktail and Food Experience, Dolphin and Wildlife Adventure of St. Augustine. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit St Augustine?
+
February to May and September to November. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in St Augustine?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
