Ghostly tour
Our tour guide Zach did an awesome job of explaining some of the detailed history of St. Augustine as well telling us about very interesting and spine tingling ghost stories and citings ccurring in town. This town seems to be ripe with ghosts and spirits due to its long and storied history.
Response from the operator: Zach is an expert in St Augustine’s paranormal activity and offers a deep dive into the spirits that roam St Augustine and typically has a high level of activity on his tours. Our ghosts love Zach and his guests! Thank you for taking the time to let Zach know how much you enjoyed your time on his tour and have a beautiful coming Autumn!

My best friend and I had an amazing experience and tour with Blanco as our tour guide! History and ghost tour
We did a team building tour and was really good. My coworkers from outside FL and some have never been before so they enjoined the historic part of the tour with a little of ghost twist.
Response from the operator: We loved helping with your team building exercise and the opportunity to share the best of St Augustine’s history and haunts with you. We hope your team was strengthened through this experience and that you have a prosperous and enjoyable remainder of the year!

Saint Augustine Lore
There is a bit of walking, but very doable. Miss Sadie is an excellent storyteller and weaves a lot of interesting local tales into her tour. You can tell she is a keen student of Saint Augustine history and has done a lot of research over the years and is highly knowledgeable about the area. We thoroughly enjoyed her tour!
Response from the operator: Sadie is a phenomenal host and experienced storyteller who loves the chance to share the city’s history and haunts with her guests. We’ll ensure that Sadie sees your kind words and we appreciate you taking the time to leave her such a kind review.

Why this scores 86
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
St. Augustine Ghost Tour: A Ghostly Encounter: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for St Augustine.
How much does St. Augustine Ghost Tour: A Ghostly Encounter cost?
+
Prices start at $30 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in St Augustine usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does St. Augustine Ghost Tour: A Ghostly Encounter take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in St Augustine is not rushed.
Is St. Augustine Ghost Tour: A Ghostly Encounter worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 86 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 2,482 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in St Augustine, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule St. Augustine Ghost Tour: A Ghostly Encounter?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is St. Augustine Ghost Tour: A Ghostly Encounter suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book St. Augustine Ghost Tour: A Ghostly Encounter?
+
Around 869 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in St Augustine can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in St Augustine and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does St. Augustine Ghost Tour: A Ghostly Encounter start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central St Augustine within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in St Augustine?
+
St Augustine is walkable history: Castillo de San Marcos, Spanish quarter walking tours, trolley loops, lighthouse climbs and some of the best-attended ghost tours in the country. Guide storytelling quality is the main variable. On Outty we rank every St Augustine experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Medieval Torture Museum with Ghost Hunting and Tiny Art Gallery, St. Augustine's Wine, Cocktail and Food Experience, Dolphin and Wildlife Adventure of St. Augustine. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit St Augustine?
+
February to May and September to November. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in St Augustine?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
