This winery is not just a place to taste wines: it is a complete aesthetic experience, where modern architecture dialogues with the vineyards, and every corner seems to have been designed to inspire. Upon arrival, you are engulfed by a sense of calm and style. The structure, conceived by renowned architects, combines clean lines with modern art, creating an ideal environment to start the day of tastings. Precision, architecture and contemporary vision. DiamAndes impresses with its modern architecture and technical conception of wine, where each stage is designed to preserve purity and varietal expression. 3. Bodega Monteviejo

Power, elegance and gastronomic closure. The close of the day comes with presence. Monteviejo, part of the renowned Clos de los Siete project, brings an international style look with French influence, where structure, guard and assembly are protagonists. Here the wines show greater concentration, firm tannins and depth. It is the stage where the visitor already has references to compare and appreciate styles. And it is here that everything is integrated: the paired lunch allows us to understand how gastronomy transforms wine and vice versa. Each dish highlights textures, softens tannins, amplifies aromas. In glass : intense but elegant wines, with a long finish. At table: the moment where the learning of the day becomes full enjoyment.

Book with Javi for an Incredible Experience!!

We visited Mendoza and the surrounding wine valleys for 5 days. We spent 4 days with Javi. 3 full days with 3 wineries and lunch each day and then 1 day on the High Mountain Tour. All of them were incredible. Javi messaged and called us to get to know us and what we liked. He then took the time to research and do tastings that reflected what we liked with many surprises. The wines, the vineyards and the attention to details were very in depth. We are a very relaxed and laidback group that likes to have a lot of fun, drink and it well and make memories. Javi hit it out of the park. There was not once experience or even wine that missed. We not only had the best guide, but we ended up with a great friend. We cannot recommend Javi enough. Thanks for everything, Javi.

Response from the operator: Thank you a lot for your wonderful post Will!! I really hope to receive you in Mendoza again!! You and all your group are very welcome!! Thank you again for trusting me!!

Javier Caruso – A winemaker and wine enthusiasts dream guide

If you are looking for an exceptional experience, Javier is the guide for you. Mendoza has been a 30+ year bucket list for me and Javi made my dreams come true. Javier’s wine / cultural knowledge and winemaking connections shared with us during our week was out of this world. I requested some specific tastings / activities for me and my wife to enjoy and also asked Javi to show us “his” Mendoza. We visited nine wineries in three days, each day having a paired lunch at one of the wineries. Javi went above and beyond with our experience by setting the bar high with our first visit to Vina Cobos (Paul Hobbs). What an amazing winery that set the tone for the rest of our trip in Lujan de Cuyo and Uco Valley. We were very fortunate to experience the “Acto Central” of Vendimia 2026 live with Javi, a unique cultural experience celebrating Mendoza’s 90th harvest. Our trip ended at Finca Caye’ with a private olive oil sensory tasting experience which included wine and food. I’ve been making wine for years and was hoping for a “winemakers” experience, something out of the ordinary. I was hoping for a unique experience that showcased Mendoza from the soil to the bottle. Javi went well beyond my wildest dreams and expectations in delivering a most memorable week. We found Argentinian people very friendly and willing to share their cultural history. As I said to Javi when we had to finally depart: Mi corazón está muy lleno. Contact Javi for an amazing experience, I promise you won’t be disappointed. Thank You Javier!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your post. It has been a big pleasure to meet you Michael and Lisa. Cheers!

Excellence in service and organization

Excellent selection of vineyards to visit. The tours and tastings that awaited us were all exquisite surprises. The tours were of beautiful and unique areas in Mendozas and Valle de Uco, which in previous trips I did not discover. Javier accompanied us and thanks to his knowledge and flexibility everything flowed perfectly. Come back, we'll come back!!!

Response from the operator: Muchas gracias por tu comentario Gonzalo! Ha sido un verdadero placer mostrarte Mendoza y nuestros grandes vinos y experiencias. Un gran abrazo!!

Discover Uco Valley Luxury Tour with Expert Guide Sommelier: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mendoza.

How much does Discover Uco Valley Luxury Tour with Expert Guide Sommelier cost?

+

Prices start at $470 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mendoza usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Discover Uco Valley Luxury Tour with Expert Guide Sommelier take?

+

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mendoza is not rushed.

Is Discover Uco Valley Luxury Tour with Expert Guide Sommelier worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Mendoza, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Discover Uco Valley Luxury Tour with Expert Guide Sommelier?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Discover Uco Valley Luxury Tour with Expert Guide Sommelier suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 8-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Discover Uco Valley Luxury Tour with Expert Guide Sommelier?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mendoza can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mendoza and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Discover Uco Valley Luxury Tour with Expert Guide Sommelier start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mendoza within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Mendoza?

+

On Outty we rank every Mendoza experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include High Mountain, Aconcagua and Inca Bridge, All Day, Small Group, Luxury Wine Tour with Gourmet Lunch, Andes High Mountain full day Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Mendoza?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Mendoza?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
