Very bad. Cannot recommend the Ventur Company
Do not trust this tour company. Venture travel is not dependable. Nothing was as promised. We were very unhappy. We were in a car with a door that would not open or a window that would not go down. Our guide was sweet but she didn’t understand what the tour was advertised as. It’s a NO!
Response from the operator: Dear Betty, We are very sorry we couldn´t reach your expectations, we take this comments very seriously and we will work in improving this experience. Hope to see you soon in the island.

Total deception!
Website says “Visiting the different villages of Roatan, Mangrove.” But, it is just a drive through Punta Gorda, and to the Mangrove boat section. We were only informed by driver on the way to mangrove that we needed to pay extra for the true mangrove tour. We feel deceived, and robed. It was more like paying for a taxi ride that charged $47 per person. Driver was nice but true guide experience was not offered.
Response from the operator: Hello Ana! We are ver sorry to read your comment and to hear our activity wasn’t what you expected. We appreciate your review, and we will take action on improving this experience, so we can keep on acheiving our mission which is basically make happy our customers. Please contact us to know more about as we will like to make up to you, roatan@televentur.com Have a nice day
