1. Gotemba Premium Outlets

   After meeting your tour conductor, depart from Shinjuku and travel to Gotemba Premium Outlets. With approximately 75 minutes of free time, enjoy shopping at one of Japan's largest outlet malls, featuring a wide selection of Japanese and international brands. On clear days, visitors can also enjoy views of Mt. Fuji while exploring the open-air shopping complex. Lunch is not included, and you may wish to purchase food during your free time here.

2. Arakurayama Sengen Park

   Continue to Arakurayama Sengen Park, one of Japan's most photographed viewpoints. A climb of approximately 398 steps leads to the famous observation area, where the 5-storied pagoda stands against the backdrop of Mt. Fuji. The combination of the pagoda, mountain scenery, and seasonal colors has become one of the most recognizable images of Japan. Autumn foliage is typically at its best from early November through late November.

3. Oshino Hakkai

   After approximately 80 minutes of travel, arrive at Oshino Hakkai. Formed by snowmelt from Mt. Fuji that has filtered through volcanic layers over many years, the area is known for its eight crystal-clear ponds and traditional village scenery. Thatched-roof buildings, clear spring water, and views of Mt. Fuji combine to create one of the most picturesque landscapes in the region.

4. Lake Yamanaka

   Continue to Lake Yamanaka, the largest of the Fuji Five Lakes and the highlight of the tour. Board a sunset cruise and enjoy approximately 20 minutes on the lake. From mid-October through late February, Lake Yamanaka is one of Japan's most famous locations for viewing Diamond Fuji, a natural phenomenon that occurs when the setting sun aligns perfectly with the summit of Mt. Fuji, creating the appearance of a shining diamond. Viewing the phenomenon from the water offers a unique perspective unavailable from most shoreline viewing areas. As the sun lowers toward the mountain, reflections spread across the lake, creating an unforgettable sunset scene. Please note that Diamond Fuji is a natural phenomenon and visibility depends on weather, cloud cover, and atmospheric conditions on the day. After the cruise, begin the journey back to Tokyo. The tour concludes with arrival at Shinjuku at approximately 6:40 PM (6:20 PM for departures in November).

• This tour is operated for both Japanese and foreign customers. A Japanese tour conductor will accompany the group and provide key information using a translation app. Please note that the tour conductor is not a tour guide and will focus on sharing essential information during the tour.

• Delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to refund.
• Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be contacted 5 days prior to your travel date and offered an alternative or full refund.
• According to traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may be changed and the bus arrival may be delayed
• Views of Mt. Fuji and the Diamond Fuji phenomenon are weather dependent and may not be visible.
• The sunset cruise may be cancelled due to weather conditions or other operational reasons. In such cases, an alternative sightseeing destination will be provided or a refund equivalent to the affected service will be issued.
• At Arakurayama Sengen Park, visitors must climb 398 steps from the park entrance to reach the five-story pagoda. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and suitable clothing for walking. An alternative route via a gently sloping road is also available, taking approximately 10 minutes on foot.
• Guests who are not comfortable climbing the stairs may still enjoy views of Mt. Fuji from near the park entrance. However, the iconic view featuring both Mt. Fuji and the five-story pagoda together cannot be seen from that location.
