Karlo is one of the best tour guide

We took 2 private tours from Karlo. The superb experience with Karlo started even before I booked as I had contacted him to get more information about the tours. Irrespective of me booking or no, he was patient and helpful in answering all my questions as we were travelling as a family with 2 young kids. Our second trip was to Dashbashi Canyon and our tour guide Irene was also amazing and super knowledgeable. She easily accommodated our last minute changes and yet we were able to complete the tour on time. And she also provided us with a lot of amazing info on Georgian history and culture.

    Diamond bridge ride

I had an opportunity to visit the place with a cool group of versatile people and it was fun and interesting to be there, talk with the group and take that awesome bicycle ride. It was like you are flying. Must do! But the leader of the guide have to get a microphone so everybody could hear what she says in the bus

    Perfect

It was for sure one of the best experience I have ever had. The agency Budget Friendly tours is very responsible & we had a very nice tour leader Tami. 👌🏼 She was so friendly and gave us her valuable experience. The driver drove also very safe. I recommend this tour 👌🏼 10/10

    diamod bridge package by Karlo

Worst trip.. Karlo advertises so many locations when he get you he will say you have to pay more to see all locations since its all written in fine lines. at diamond bridge he refused to pay and we had paid for a package 110 dollars,we insisted thats a rip off and so he did pay. He almost had few accidents driving us... also always on the phone finishing business and fighting with other tourist on the phone. we requested him to lower the music he will not.. what a nightmare it says 7 hours... we came back in 4 hours,,,

Response from the operator: Hi Lara Khoury. It's Karlo here. I've got your review and I have to explain to people what happened in reality. 1) You canceled the tour because of stomach issues and asked to change the date. I could refuse. But I change the day honestly. 2) once we met, you were surprised that in the car were only you and your sister. It's a private tour and u can't compare the price with group tours. 3) in my listing It's written in the ABOUT section, that u have to choose your package, its totals 3. But u didn't read it and booked blindly. You chose the cheapest package, which does not include the ticket. But When I understood your mistake, I bought it for u kindly 32$. 4) about timing, how u come back in four hours from the tour, if we stopped at the German church, Algeti reservoir, and Diamond Bridge for 1.5 hours? 4 hours u need only for driving Tbilisi-kass Bridge-Tbilisi. Check the map, please. People are hiking there, cycle, and spend time in Glass restaurants. So you have done everything in 1.5 hours. 5) about fighting with other tourists on my call, )))))) That frightened people came to me. They were 3 sweet families. Please check the 3rd April reviews written by them. 6) lastly I want to thank your sister, who ware arguing with you in Arabic. She was supporting me, I feel it. She is a nice personality. Will be glad to host her with her daughters in Summer. She saved my WhatsApp. PS. Anyways, please stay healthy and more accurate while do bookings in the Future.

Diamond Bridge Dashbashi Shavnabada& AZEULA fortress PRIVATE Trip: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tbilisi.

How much does Diamond Bridge Dashbashi Shavnabada& AZEULA fortress PRIVATE Trip cost?

    +

Prices start at $68 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tbilisi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Diamond Bridge Dashbashi Shavnabada& AZEULA fortress PRIVATE Trip take?

    +

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tbilisi is not rushed.

Is Diamond Bridge Dashbashi Shavnabada& AZEULA fortress PRIVATE Trip worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tbilisi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Diamond Bridge Dashbashi Shavnabada& AZEULA fortress PRIVATE Trip?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Diamond Bridge Dashbashi Shavnabada& AZEULA fortress PRIVATE Trip suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Diamond Bridge Dashbashi Shavnabada& AZEULA fortress PRIVATE Trip?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tbilisi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tbilisi and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Diamond Bridge Dashbashi Shavnabada& AZEULA fortress PRIVATE Trip start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tbilisi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Tbilisi?

    +

On Outty we rank every Tbilisi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tbilisi:Evening Walking & Talking Tour with Wine & Boat Ride, Kakheti Wine Region Tour + 10 Premium Wine Tastings & Sunset, Tbilisi:Mtskheta,Jvari,Bazaar, wine tasting,Chronicles of Georgia. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Tbilisi?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Tbilisi?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
