Just general feedback
My family and I were very excited to visit this adventure park. We planned this trip to Costa Rica a year ago, and we were simply disappointed. Not everything was bad. We'd like to highlight the Zipline staff who were attentive and helped us with all our questions. The lunch buffet wasn't bad, but I think they could improve the quality and variety, as the roast chicken was a bit dry, as if it had been reheated. At the animal sanctuary, we were told there would be guides to answer our questions, but they were simply empty. But here's our biggest problem, and why we're giving this place two stars: there was a girl at reception who went on for too long, and we missed the shuttle to the sanctuary. While it's true that shuttles run every 10 minutes, we were already ready and excited to start. We understand customer service, but it was uncomfortable when she started questioning us about our lives and launched into a conversation about her entire life story. I don't mean to sound rude, but we really didn't ask her to talk about her personal life. All we expected was a straightforward and specific check-in. The seconds ticked by, and we were still there watching him drag out his explanation as long as possible, only to repeat the same thing over and over. There were other people behind him waiting to be served, but he didn't seem to care.

Need to warn about closures of exhibits.
it was our second time at the park, and overall it was pretty good except they had temporarily closed the toucans area with no notice or any indication on when it would be open. just it was not open so my my daughters were quite disappointed as that was one of the things they were looking forward to the most.

Great tour enjoyed
Our transfer and guide was amazing. Enjoyed the park we came from hotel harden del Eden. The park was very clean and all the onsite staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. All the animals were kept well and great to see. The coffee/sugar/cocoa part was also great the person doing the presentation she was awesome. The Buffett meal was clean and tasty

Diamante eco adventure
The daily adventure fee was $125 for the day. Nexus charged us an extra $5 for some type of insurance. Nexus was the excursion rep at Planet Hollywood resort Costa Rica. We had fun on the zip lines and wanted to mention Rayke and Nacho in the animal sanctuary for giving us an interesting tour experience. Also Kenneth in the Cultural area for the excellent presentation of the coffee and cocoa prep.

Why this scores 80
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Diamante Eco Adventure Park Day Pass with Lunch: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Playa Hermosa.
How much does Diamante Eco Adventure Park Day Pass with Lunch cost?
+
Prices start at $115 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Playa Hermosa usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Diamante Eco Adventure Park Day Pass with Lunch take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Playa Hermosa is not rushed.
Is Diamante Eco Adventure Park Day Pass with Lunch worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 80 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 1,475 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Playa Hermosa, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Diamante Eco Adventure Park Day Pass with Lunch?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Diamante Eco Adventure Park Day Pass with Lunch suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 5. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 3-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Diamante Eco Adventure Park Day Pass with Lunch?
+
Around 516 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Playa Hermosa can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Playa Hermosa and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Diamante Eco Adventure Park Day Pass with Lunch start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Playa Hermosa within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Playa Hermosa?
+
On Outty we rank every Playa Hermosa experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sloth Wildlife Experience, Coffee, Chocolate & Waterfall, Guachipelin Adventure Volcano Zipline River Tubing Combo, Adventure in Volcano Combo Tour! - Zip Line, Waterfall, Hot Springs and More. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Playa Hermosa?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Playa Hermosa?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
