Lounge policy precludes full use of the facility

We arrived early to the airport in order to relax in God lounge. The pass entitles the customer to 2 hours' access. We were told we couldn't book in until 2 hours prior to our flight. We were boarding 50 minutes before our flight and had a 15 minute walk or so to our gate, which meant we would have less than an hour in the lounge. We were told that yhux is the policy, and that's that. This has the scent if a scam.....

I want to give MINUS 5!!!

This is the worse airport lounge! I’ve been in many lounges in different airports but this is so bad that I want to give -5! We were on the waiting list, so standing outside the entrance and waited for 42 minutes and had to leave because our boarding time was nearing and we were still #4 on the waiting list! Other airline passenger were taken in quickly because it goes by airlines. Horrible experience of waiting so long and we’re not even allowed to go in! The system is messed up!

    Don't waste your time

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this lounge. First, their entry policy makes no sense. There is a huge sign stating you can stay for 2 hours, yet they only allow you to check in exactly 2 hours before your departure. Since boarding usually starts 1 hour before the flight, and they put you on a "waitlist" even if you arrive at the 2-hour mark, you end up with less than 45 minutes inside. It is a complete paradox and a waste of time. The staff at the front desk were extremely rude, making everyone feel unwelcome and judged. Furthermore, the "premium" benefits are non-existent. My card promised an a la carte menu, but there were no servers to take orders. Instead, there was just a tiny buffet with only four basic options (green rice, chickpeas, chicken, and tofu) plus salad and sweets. The facilities were even worse: Hygiene: The bathrooms were filthy, with only two available for the entire lounge. Restricted Access: the prayer room was with sign saying “staff only” and the family/changing room were locked all the time. Comfort: The space is cramped and the seats are very uncomfortable. It looks nice from the outside, but the experience is horrible. Don't waste your time or your stress levels here.

    Terrible

Won’t let you in until 2 hrs before flight leaves. Even though it board 30min prior and takes 20 minutes to get from lounge to departure gate.

    Nice staff

Very small lounge with the basics. Note there is no bathroom. The staff was very nice. Definitely no thrills but does the bill for a little something to eat and is quieter than waiting at the terminal

Response from the operator: Thank you for your review! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us

DFW Airport Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal E: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dallas.

How much does DFW Airport Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal E cost?

    +

Prices start at $69 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dallas usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does DFW Airport Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal E take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dallas is not rushed.

Is DFW Airport Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal E worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.1/5 across 23 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dallas, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule DFW Airport Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal E?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is DFW Airport Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal E suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book DFW Airport Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal E?

    +

Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dallas can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dallas and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does DFW Airport Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal E start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dallas within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Dallas?

    +

Dallas covers JFK and Sixth Floor Museum history tours, Fort Worth Stockyards cattle drives, Deep Ellum food and music walks, and Reunion Tower skyline views. Combined Dallas and Fort Worth tours vary a lot in how much time they actually spend in each. On Outty we rank every Dallas experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include JFK Assassination and Museum Tour with Lee Harvey Oswald Rooming House, The Escape Game: Epic 60-Minute Adventures at Grapevine Mills, Dallas Sightseeing Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Dallas?

    +

March to May and October to November. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dallas?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
