Must do. Great private tour.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My private Sintra, Cascais and Fátima tour with e.Hello Tours was one of the highlights of my time in Portugal. From the very beginning, Maria was incredibly responsive, accommodating and thoughtful in helping organise the day. Francisco was an exceptional guide — warm, engaging, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about sharing the history, culture and beauty of Portugal. What I appreciated most was that this was not a standard tourist experience. Although I booked a tour that is often offered to larger groups, Francisco and Maria customised the day around my interests and pace, making it feel completely personal and tailored. They were flexible throughout, happy to adapt the itinerary, and offered wonderful local insights that I would never have discovered on my own. Francisco’s knowledge of Portuguese history, architecture, traditions and local life is remarkable, and he shared it in a way that was both informative and entertaining. I learned so much while having great fun at the same time. Beyond being excellent professionals, Francisco and Maria are simply lovely people. They made me feel welcome, comfortable and cared for throughout the entire experience. It felt less like a tour and more like spending the day with knowledgeable local friends who genuinely wanted me to experience the very best of Portugal. If you’re considering visiting Sintra, Cascais, Fátima or anywhere around Lisbon, I cannot recommend e.Hello Tours highly enough. A truly memorable experience and an absolute must-do. I would book with them again without hesitation. Thank you, Maria and Francisco, for such a wonderful day. 🇵🇹✨

Sightseeing in Lisbon
The whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Maria proved to have outstanding skills with languages and, besides that, she was kind and gentle at all times.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the review. Hope you have the chance to visit Portugal again 😁

Lucky to find this tour for details
Maria gave us excellent Service! It was great to do the tour with her because she told us stories about Sintra, as well as taking us in comfort. He explained necessary details and thus we managed to enjoy the Pena Palace. I was going with my parents who are older and could see it very well. It was lucky to meet Maria! Thanks! 🙂
Response from the operator: Muchas gracias! Nuestros tours son para todas las edades 🇵🇹❤️

Best experience in Sintra
We met Maria by mere good luck at the Sintra train station. She explained us clearly our options, she explained the stories behind the places we visited, her car is quite awesome. Very friendly and good advice. We recommend this tour.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the review. Hope one day you can come back to Sintra one more time. 🇵🇹❤️

Visit from the outside
located in the town of Sintra, Lisbon. Pena Palace is known for its colourful terraces and decorative battlements that cannot be missed. was built for Queen Maria II by her young German consort, Ferdinand II. The GPS lead us to a bus stop and stairs that lead up to the castle. The police told us we cannot drive our rental up to the castle, and it is a bout 1 hour walk. On the other hand we can take the bus .5 hour ride and cost 11 euros per person. Our best option as a family of 4 was to hire a tuktuk with nice driver who acted as our personal tour guide and photo taker for a price of 45 euros. Nice scenery all around up,n down. C U AROUND
Response from the operator: Hi there. Are you right about this review? Because in our company we don't work with tuk tuks, only cars. So I think it must be some mistake here. Thank you.

Daytrip from Lisbon to Sintra+Cascais-Large groups up to 10 pax: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.
How much does Daytrip from Lisbon to Sintra+Cascais-Large groups up to 10 pax cost?
+
Prices start at $1250 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Daytrip from Lisbon to Sintra+Cascais-Large groups up to 10 pax take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.
Is Daytrip from Lisbon to Sintra+Cascais-Large groups up to 10 pax worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 12 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Daytrip from Lisbon to Sintra+Cascais-Large groups up to 10 pax?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Daytrip from Lisbon to Sintra+Cascais-Large groups up to 10 pax suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Daytrip from Lisbon to Sintra+Cascais-Large groups up to 10 pax?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Daytrip from Lisbon to Sintra+Cascais-Large groups up to 10 pax start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Lisbon?
+
On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lisbon?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lisbon?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
