Freedom and Fun on Quad
We started our tour a little later than expected but once we were picked up, AMR and ARAFA got us to our location where we would first begin our camel ride towards the Giza and the view was amazing. After spending an hour or so going and returning to our starting point, we were greeted by the next adventure. There were seven quad bikes that awaited our arrival. We each got on the quad bikes after a brief over view of how to stop and GO!!!!. It was simple, a few 10 to 15 year old young boys told us what to do and then it was as if we were getting ready for a sequel of the "Fast and Furious", we were ready to take not he sand dunes and blaze towards the sunset. It was liberating and free. We followed our guide initially in a straight line and then he allowed us to take on the open field. It was exhilarating and freeing to ride on the sand dunes in Egypt. As we got to the top of the dune, there was a bedouin in which we were able to drink some mint tea, see the Giza Pyramids and watch the sun set. AMR and ARAFA was great!!! We returned after watching the sunset to the tour van, and headed to pick up a few Egyptian cotton attire at one of the finest stores that sold traditional garments. It was another amazing adventure.

Whoa ! Amazing day in Cairo
This was one of most amazing days of my life. Our tourguide was Mohamed Hamed. Mohamed was so awesome. He picked us up on time and before we left, he explained what we were doing and asked us if we needed anything. Although we were hungry, my wife wanted to get to the activities. Traffic in Cairo is crazy, and after a long ride to Giza, we started to get hungry. Mohamed stopped at a local restaurant and got us some amazing breakfast. The sandwiches were the best I have ever had and the falafel was so tasty ! We filled up and proceeded to the first location. Quad biking is always fun, but I have never done it in the desert. Mohamed gave us clear directions in English and checked all of our equipment for safety. He even gave us each a desert scarf for the ride ! The ride on bikes through the desert was amazing. We sped through the sand dunes like professionals. When my wife was scared to go fast, Mohamed went slow to make sure she was comfortable. We got to the first panoramic site and got some amazing pictures. Mohamed is also a great photographer !! He got great shots of us and then we took off again for another ride. We sped all through the desert, stopping occasionally for more pictures and enjoying the afternoon. After we returned he prepared us for the next activity. I am a big man and not scared of anything. However a camel is an adventure. This monstrous animal was not happy to see me and I was a bit nervous to hop on its back. Mohamed explained how the camel moves, and how I should mount it. It actually was much simpler than I thought ! We rode camels through the desert and had the best sunset moments for pictures. I must say that I have never seen anything like that and Mohamed treated me like a brother the whole time. After we got back to the base, he sent us all the extra pictures and videos he took and we returned to the hotel right on time. Mohamed was an amazing guide and the activities were PERFECT. If you decide to come to Cairo, you must do this activity with Koki tours and request Mohamed Hamed & Mr. Help. A great team to tackle the day. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing Vacation
Let me start by saying that me and my husband are AMERICAN. From the east coast. This was the BEST trip ever. We have travelled all over the world and have never been treated so well. Mohammed was PERFECT, PROFESSIONAL, and PUNCTUAL. Everything he did was the best. He explained everything in perfect English and translated every word when people spoke to us. He explained every event and prepared us for each activity. Our day began with his timely arrival to our hotel. He explained the drive time and provided additional water for us. During the drive, he provided information about the city and buildings; as well as cultural pearls to help during our trip. The ride was actually very brief considering the immense traffic. We stopped for a quick snack (the most amazing falafel) and proceeded to the location for the desert 4 wheeling. Although this Giza neighborhood was very bustling, Mohammed took the time to make sure we were comfortable with the equipment and the environment. We sped off for the adventure. I drove slow, but my husband encouraged me to drive a bit faster so we would not miss sunset. I’m glad I did. The ride was smooth and Mohammed waited for us when I was too scared to speed down the hills. The views were amazing and we got all the traditional pyramid photos. Once finished, we drove around the desert for awhile longer before returning to the city. We got a quick drink of water and then embarked on the next activity. I will say that the camels are a bit intimidating, but Mohammed explained all the instructions from the guide. The camels were bumpy but the ride was quick and our location in the desert was perfect for photos at sunset. Mohammed took some good photos for us and he was a total professional. We returned to the city and headed back to the hotel. Mohammed made suggestions for the rest of the week. He sent us all of our pictures and delivered us to the hotel right when he said he would. The day was absolutely PERFECT. If you ever come to Cairo, you must request Mohammed. His service was exceptional. We will book more activities with him before we depart.

Day Tour Visit Giza Pyramids With Quad Bike And Camel Ride: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cairo.
How much does Day Tour Visit Giza Pyramids With Quad Bike And Camel Ride cost?
+
Prices start at $87 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cairo usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Day Tour Visit Giza Pyramids With Quad Bike And Camel Ride take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cairo is not rushed.
Is Day Tour Visit Giza Pyramids With Quad Bike And Camel Ride worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cairo, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Day Tour Visit Giza Pyramids With Quad Bike And Camel Ride?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Day Tour Visit Giza Pyramids With Quad Bike And Camel Ride suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Day Tour Visit Giza Pyramids With Quad Bike And Camel Ride?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cairo can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cairo and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Day Tour Visit Giza Pyramids With Quad Bike And Camel Ride start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cairo within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cairo?
+
On Outty we rank every Cairo experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include All-in-One Giza Tour, inside Pyramid, sphinx, Camel ride & lunch, VIP Private Giza Pyramids, Sphinx Tour –Inside the Pyramids&More, Best of Cairo Private Giza Pyramids, Sphinx and Grand Museum Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cairo?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cairo?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
