    Terrible customer service

My experience with the company was terrible. I closed with them through a recommendation from a Brazilian, I trusted the agency, I prepared myself not to have problems, but it was the opposite. I asked for a quote on September 29th, but when I went to close the deal on October 1st, it was already a different price, so I closed it with them paying in cash. The most anticipated tour was the Minitrekking on Perito Moreno, when I got on the bus I asked to check if everything was right, that it was number 2, they told me it was number 1, I informed them it was wrong. The guide simply said they couldn't do anything, to contact Gigantes Patagones, all of this in an area with little internet. I tried to make contact, after a lot of effort they replied to me, but saying that I was wrong and treating the guide poorly for requesting a solution, after I proved to them that I was right they changed the order of my tour, doing the boardwalks first, to do the mini-trekking later. This tour costs around 1600 reais just for it, I closed with the agency for a total of around 4 thousand reais for the tour. At no point did they apologize for what happened, not even when I said that the guide mentioned they were doing me a favor (they are confusing service provision with a favor). Furthermore, I learned that my tour was incomplete, I contacted the agency, they said that tours can change due to nature issues, I asked how if from one day to the next the weather was beautiful, with sun, they simply ignored it. Don't book tours with them, their after-sales service is terrible, they don't provide any support. In Buenos Aires and Ushuaia, I closed with other agencies and was well treated. Unfortunately, even though I booked in advance so nothing would go wrong in El Calafate, they managed to greatly harm my experience in the city. Furthermore, in my case, the tours were operated by another company and they acted as intermediaries, and with this after-sales service it is really difficult to resolve any problem if there is one, because you will have to question two companies. I never imagined going through such bad service, especially in El Calafate, which is a mostly tourist city; they should be used to treating customers well and not ignoring messages after the purchase was made.

Response from the operator: Celia, gracias por contar tu experiencia.

    Better cost benefit

I had an excellent experience with the agency from the quote to the support during the tours, both in El Calafate and in Ushuaia. Malena and Genoveva were extremely attentive and helpful at all times, always providing quick support and helping with great guidance on the day-to-day journey. Immaculate organization, differentiated service and the best cost-benefit among all the agencies I searched. Super recommend!

    Amazing visual

Impermissible. A unique and spectacular look, amazing place. A unique beauty. This tour is worth it, but the navigation should also not stay out. The tip is if you can do both tours do first the pass and then the navigation. If I could choose between one and the other, then I would choose by navigation.
