La Catrina Cantina is hands down one of my favorite go-to spots in Puerto Vallarta! 🎶 From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with amazing energy, incredible staff, and the comfort of blessed AC (a lifesaver in PV). What really makes this place stand out is the continuous live music and dance lessons—there’s always something happening to keep you entertained and moving. 💃🏽🕺🏽 The food is fantastic, flavorful, and always hits the spot, whether you’re popping in for a bite or settling in for a full night of fun. The staff is beyond welcoming and makes you feel like part of the family every time. Combine that with great music, dancing, delicious food, and cool air… it’s easy to see why La Catrina Cantina has become a local favorite. 🌟 If you’re in Puerto Vallarta, this is a must-visit spot!

Salsa Nights,
La Catrina is an ideal place if you enjoy rhythms such as salsa, cumbia, merengue and bachata. It is not the first time I visit it, and it always offers fun themed nights that adapt to different musical tastes such as drag nights, band nights, etc. The dance floor is small, so be prepared to dance "tight," but let's be honest... where is salsa not danced like that? The music is live karaoke style: the singers perform the songs with recorded tracks, so don't expect a band on stage, but still the atmosphere is very lively. As for food and drink, the prices are reasonable. Drinks can vary depending on who prepares them, some are more loaded than others, but in general they are fine. The food is typical bar: good to accompany the night, although it does not stand out especially. You're greeted with a little canister of popcorn. The staff is friendly and friendly, although the service can be somewhat slow when the place gets full.
