Playa de las Teresitas
Beautiful place for a short stop. Playa de Las Teresitas is located in the northeast of Tenerife, near the village of San Andrés and approximately a 10-minute drive from the capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The beach is characterized by its golden sands and calm, turquoise waters. Originally, the area consisted of pebbles and black volcanic sand, with strong Atlantic currents making it less suitable for swimming. In the early 1970s, to create a more appealing beach, a breakwater was constructed to protect against strong waves, and approximately 270,000 tons of white sand were imported from the Sahara Desert to cover the beach.

Unforgettable day in Tenerife!
We spent our day in Tenerife with Theo, an avid photographer and talented storyteller. With his professional camera and expert eye, he took all the pictures of us we wanted and will send them to us via WhatsApp. No charge! We were very happy about that because nobody is missing in the photos. While we were enjoying the different sights of the island, Theo entertained us with true, funny, spooky and magical stories about the island, the different areas, and the people. When it was time for lunch, he took us to a lovely local restaurant where we enjoyed incredible dishes and delicious local wines. We loved it! Theo is such a knowledgeable and fun person, we felt so lucky to have found him. He made our day in Tenerife a truly unforgettable experience. Thank you so much, Theo! Until the next time…
Response from the operator: Hi Irene, David, Lucy and Dave. I'm so happy you enjoyed your Private Photo Session and the Canarian dishes, the eco wine and the Canarian honey rum! Thank you so much for this great review. All the best! Until the next time...

How much does Custom Private Tenerife Highlights VIP Tour - photos included cost?

Is Custom Private Tenerife Highlights VIP Tour - photos included worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 49 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". Is Custom Private Tenerife Highlights VIP Tour - photos included suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Custom Private Tenerife Highlights VIP Tour - photos included?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tenerife can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tenerife and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tenerife within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tenerife?
+
On Outty we rank every Tenerife experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Whale watching & listening Eco-Catamaran Tour with Snacks &Drinks, Group Surfing Lesson at Playa de las Américas, Tenerife, 3-hour Whale and Dolphin Watching and Listening Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tenerife?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tenerife?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
