An accessible and necessary luxury
I have been going to Más Vital for many years, looking for a restorative bubble, both physically and mentally, and I have always left satisfied. I went again this week, and again Roberto “has put his hands together”, but, I don't know why, this time it has been especially gratifying. I don't know if it was the calm and slow pace that he gave to the session, the deeper and more incisive work on the most damaged parts (those lumbar...) or the wise combination of techniques and stretching, but the fact is that I came out like new. Left feeling bad
I was told I had made two reservations when I had made one. And received a horrible message from them explaining how I had cost the company a lot. Ended up going to another place.

We sent you two messages on Friday the 25th, through the provider's center to specify the appointment time. He did not respond to any of the messages, nor did we have any news from him on Saturday the 26th, until 8:19 p.m., when he contacted us, with a name other than the one on the reservation, to say that there had been a misunderstanding. That you had gone to another company, where they had paid and asked me for help to obtain a refund. That same person had booked with us, directly by phone, a massage for 6:00 p.m. on Saturday the 26th, but he didn't come, nor did he answer when we called him by phone. In my response I clarify his mistake, the damage to my company and I agree to make the refund. It seems that not only did he not like my answer, but he also felt offended for reminding him that we had been waiting for them all day and they had not notified us. So he decided to write a bad review on Tripadvisor, you said it yourself in the conversation we had in the Supplier Center chat. I think my company has suffered quite a bit of damage by canceling the reservation, without notice on their part. We have refunded the full amount of your reservation, even if another company was to receive the massage. Furthermore, we have to accept an unfavorable opinion from you, which has only caused us problems, because he does not accept his mistake of confusing the company. I have asked that you please remove this opinion from Tripadvisor because it does not seem fair to me, nor does it reflect the reality of what happened.

Excellent Service and Professional Care
As always a very professional and attentive Service. The staff adapts to my needs, paying special attention to the knots in the neck and back. Highly recommended both for relaxing and for therapeutic reasons. I hadn’t been there for more than two years and I have to say that customer service remains impeccable.
