Established in 1958,maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. Located in a historic buildings of Kandy, stalls and shops selling goods, ranging from fresh produce, spices, meat, fish, clothing, handicrafts, and souvenirs. Vendors display their wares in vibrant stacks and piles, creating a visual feast for the eyes.
