Alberobello is a UNESCO site since 1996 thanks to the high concentration of trulli, rural architecture in stone with conical roofs, still used today by the inhabitants. You will begin by admiring the view of the city from the Panramian point and then you will enter the alleys of the two historic districts "rione aia" and "rione monti" where you can see up close the curious construction technique of the trulli, you can visit the great trullo church and taste in a typical place is the delicious local products, including primitive wine, cold cuts such as "capocollo" and cheeses, including "burrata" and pecorino.
