Beware of this operator and his added charges
Luna was a very nice guide but 1/2 way through the tour the owner/operator who was the lead on the tour requested additional payments because he told me the tour was for 4 people and we only had 2. He wanted to charge me double. He waited until we were the the furthest away from the starting point. When I booked I paid for 2 people. No where on Viator or Tripadvisor does it say you need to have 4 people. This is false advertising. After 20 minutes of arguing and the owner calling me a liar, we walked back to our cruise ship over 20 minutes away. I would pass on this one.

Take it!!!
A wonderful way to discover Naples. Our guide was very nice and knew a lot about the history and nice and interesting places and anecdotes. The raiding was easy and fun. we felt very protected and could realise from the idea of riding and really enjoying the tour. We succeeded to see many interesting things that we went after for farther explore. highly recommended!

No Segway - walking tour instead
I do not recommend trusting your holiday entertainment to CSTRents. We booked and paid for Segway tours in 3 locations (Naples, Palermo and Taormina) and all were cancelled. The bookings were for late April/early May and there was nothing on Viator that indicated there should be trouble. Here’s how the process went for all 3: A) booking made and paid for on Viator. Voucher received. B) within 24-48 hours of the booking, Leo will email you and say there are insufficient people for a tour. We booked for 2 people and made these bookings in February. So it’s hardly surprising others haven’t booked yet, and it’s bizarre they would try and dissuade you from doing so when they make this option available on Viator. C) a couple of days before the booking, Leo will email you again and offer a “private tour” if you double what you have already paid, or a refund So naturally we asked for a refund. I genuinely don’t understand their business model - it’s either incompetent to offer something at a time you’re not going to run it, or extortionate to demand double for what has been advertised. For Naples, we did take up the other option they offered which was a walking tour. The tour was OK - nothing special. And to be honest we covered the same ground and more in the food tour the next day. We just really wanted to do the Segway. Bottom line is DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. They won’t deliver. Plan on doing something else with your time.

Why this scores 47
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
CSTRents - Naples Segway PT Authorized Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Naples.
How much does CSTRents - Naples Segway PT Authorized Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $165 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Naples usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does CSTRents - Naples Segway PT Authorized Tour take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Naples is not rushed.
Is CSTRents - Naples Segway PT Authorized Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 47 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Naples, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule CSTRents - Naples Segway PT Authorized Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is CSTRents - Naples Segway PT Authorized Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book CSTRents - Naples Segway PT Authorized Tour?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Naples can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Naples and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does CSTRents - Naples Segway PT Authorized Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Naples within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Naples?
+
On Outty we rank every Naples experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Private Amalfi Coast Tour from Sorrento/Naples/Salerno, Caserta Royal Palace & Gardens Small Group Tour with Shuttle, Naples Pizza and Tiramisu Cooking Class. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Naples?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Naples?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
