A pleasant and informative tour
Had a great day in Valparaiso and Casablanca for the wine tasting. Ramsès had a lot of knowledge to share and did so with a twist of humor. The driver David got us everywhere safe and sound. It's a nice tour if you have a day to spend outside Santiago!
Response from the operator: We're glad you had a great time. Thank you for your review.

Awesome Experience
Overall it was such an experience. Except for the initial hiccup when we have to wait for some people in the group for an hour to come down from the ship. It was unfair for other people who woke up early to be on time and have to wait. Their was some exchange of words that make the tour very tense in the beginning. A 30 minutes wait would have been reasonable but to be standing for 1 hour waiting was not pleasant at all.
Response from the operator: We're glad you had a great time. Thank you for your review.

Perfect in every way
Excellent host, excellent itinerary, prefect way to see Valparias and lovely choice of restaurant for lunch. No complaints
Response from the operator: We're glad you had a great time. Thank you for your review.

Great post-cruise tour, well worth the money.
Edu (guide) and Juan(driver) did a fantastic job showing us Viña Del Mar and Valparaiso. Edu was very informative and gave lots of interesting information and details. He also was happy to answer questions. Both cities are beautiful! We especially loved all the street art in Valparaiso. A delicious, authentic lunch stop was included (pay for yourself). The wine tasting at the largest organic vineyard in the world was very nice. Juan did an excellent job driving and dropped guests off at the airport or hotel. I would absolutely recommend this tour. There was quite a bit of walking and some hills, but Edu was able to make accommodations for a guest with some limitations.
Response from the operator: We're glad you had a great time. Thank you for your review.

Perfect day
A heartfelt thank you to Nacho and Roberto for an absolutely wonderful day. Nacho’s contagious enthusiasm, genuine passion for Chile, and impressive depth of knowledge truly brought every place we visited to life. His explanations were engaging, insightful, and made the entire experience unforgettable. A special thank you as well to Roberto, our driver, for his safe driving, professionalism, and kindness throughout the day. We always felt comfortable and well taken care of. It was truly a pleasure to share this experience with both of you. Highly recommended!
Response from the operator: A great option to do after desembarquing in the port of San Antonio. Thank you for your review.

Cruise Transfer with Valparaiso Tour & Casablanca Wine Tasting: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Santiago.
How much does Cruise Transfer with Valparaiso Tour & Casablanca Wine Tasting cost?
+
Prices start at $109 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Santiago usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Cruise Transfer with Valparaiso Tour & Casablanca Wine Tasting take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Santiago is not rushed.
Is Cruise Transfer with Valparaiso Tour & Casablanca Wine Tasting worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 81 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 257 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Santiago, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Cruise Transfer with Valparaiso Tour & Casablanca Wine Tasting?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Cruise Transfer with Valparaiso Tour & Casablanca Wine Tasting suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Cruise Transfer with Valparaiso Tour & Casablanca Wine Tasting?
+
Around 90 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Santiago can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Santiago and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Cruise Transfer with Valparaiso Tour & Casablanca Wine Tasting start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Santiago within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Santiago?
+
On Outty we rank every Santiago experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Maipo Valley Wine Region: 4 Wineries, Tastings & Foodie Tour, Valparaiso Port and Viña del Mar with Casablanca Wine Tasting, Tour to Valparaíso, Viña del Mar, Pablo Neruda Museum and Vineyard. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Santiago?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Santiago?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
