Stuck in Traffic
Unfortunately, the TRAFFIC in/near Kuala Lumpur is CONGESTED & DIFFICULT. The excursion, as written, lists several places to visit BUT with traffic delays encountered (typical of Kuala Lumpur) very few of the stops were possible or visited. DID get to the twin towers, and the KL tower and did visit the observation deck in both... and that's it. Stuck in traffic most of the day... on the freeway and in-town. Do not recommend this tour if you are expecting to visit ALL the sites listed/described in the write-up... there just is not enough time to visit all, e.g., Batu Caves AND sites in the city AND be finished by 6:00 pm (the time our ship was departing from Port Klang). Heavy rainfall, and poor drainage of the roadways brought traffic to a STOP - often. Net, we spent most of the day INSIDE AN AUTOMOBILE, STUCK IN TRAFFIC! Little/no planning was made for lunch, and we found little time to eat, before returning to Port Klang at/by 18:00 pm. A very long day.
