Craft our own gin
We had a fantastic 2.5 hours learning about gin, York gin, gin tasting and choosing the botanicals to make our own which was such an enjoyable experience. Would recommend this to everyone. Great experience - well worth the money.

A must do for gin lovers
If you like gin, this is 3 hours well spent. It starts with a gin tasting, then an expert explanation of the gin making process (in our case by the excellent Emily). Another tasting follows before the main event. Then you select the botanicals to flavour your own gin and there is advice/ feedback on your chosen blend and the quantities. Next, you put everything into the still and produce your unique gin. Emily was overseeing everything to make sure the process went smoothly. Our gin tasted great (of course!) but others in the group who used completely different botanicals also made excellent gin, which we all shared. It’s just a superb, relaxed event. You take home your own produced and named gin. We loved it.

Amazing 😀
Absolutely amazing day, Emma was lovely and so welcoming. We tried several gins and make our own bottle of gin which was so fun. We are definitely going to come back to make another bottle 😀

Anniversary celebration for brother and sister in law
Absolutely amazing experience we loved crafting our own gins and had a blast too! Our guide was fabulous, engaging, entertaining and full of fun and interesting information. His experience really helped us understand the process of distilling gin and creating our unique bottles.
