    Great historical tour!

Jorge was wonderful! His knowledge and pride of his heritage was awesome. Highly recommend for those wanting some history of the community. Deducted one star only because AC in vehicle didn’t work very well

    Don’t recommend

None. Jose driver drove us through the poor streets and went around in circles. Didn’t know water came with tour. Your was less than one hour!! Asking for a refund.

Response from the operator: good morning, i will took with your driver, but you are not being completly honest. you booked your tour at 10 am, we show you that in the conversation we had in the viator message center, you show up one hour late and your tour was for 90 min, so after we had being waiting for more than an hour, we serve you for another hour and we did not charge you nothing extra, the activity you booked was for a city tour, not going around the island. so i think we did what you hire. but it is your opinion and i will respecti it but there will be not refound

    Jorge Martin is a Saint!

There is so much depth and history to Cozumel that anybody travelling here really should take a few hours of beach time, and live the history and culture through a ride with Jorge. The cruise pier is overwhelming with swarms of tourists and locals scrambling around. I called Jorge as we had made a previous un-referenced / chance arrangement for a 90 minute tour before going to the beach. I am telling you - we could have spent the whole day with this gentleman and in the end, wanted to be part of this city and adopted into his family. He is the real Cozumel. He loves the real Cozumel. His family is part of the history of Cozumel and the sincere pure pride and joy of this heritage is represented throughout the tour. I can only imagine how much more there is and can't wait to return for a longer tour with Jorge. Take the time people - the beach will wait.

Response from the operator: thanks for having us as your driver. i really enjoy it. hope to see you back soon.

Cozumel round transportation to the beaches: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cozumel.

How much does Cozumel round transportation to the beaches cost?

    +

Prices start at $350 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cozumel usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Cozumel round transportation to the beaches take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cozumel is not rushed.

Is Cozumel round transportation to the beaches worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 34 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.3/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable family friendly in Cozumel, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Cozumel round transportation to the beaches?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Cozumel round transportation to the beaches suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Cozumel round transportation to the beaches?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cozumel can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cozumel and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Cozumel round transportation to the beaches start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cozumel within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cozumel?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cozumel experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Jade Caverns and Mayan Village Cozumel ATV TOUR, Buggy, Beach & Snorkel Blast, ATV 4×4+Cenote+Snorkeling+Beach Club+ Lunch+Sabores de Cozumel. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cozumel?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cozumel?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
