    Must do!

Pedro was our Guide and Sawy was our boat captain, both were great. It was a family trip and everyone had a blast. Snorkeling was amazing. We saw a shark, turtles, stingrays, a lobster and much more. Then we went to check out the starfish. They were amazing, later we swam with the stingrays and had an amazing lunch on the boat. Highly recommended!

    An excellent Cozumel excursion!

This was an excellent excursion! The provider did a great job communicating and was very accommodating. They were also very prompt and easy to find. Sawy picked us up on the Bala boat and did a great job navigating. Pedro was an awesome tour guide. He was friendly and informative and did a great job showing us lots of sea life (sting rays, star fish, crabs, lobsters, fish etc). They then took us to a beautiful sandbar with crystal clear waters where we got an even closer look at lots of sting rays. Pedro and Sawy also made us delicious guacamole, fruit, ceviche, and chips. They had lots of drinks and beer at the ready as well. It was an excellent way to explore Cozumel!

    Highlight of our trip.

We had a private snorkeling adventure tour. The captain and the guide were fabulous. We saw the largest ray I’ve ever seen, a turtle, and a shark. It was the highlight of our trip.

    Best snorkeling tour ever!!!!!

I almost didn’t book this trip due to the lack of reviews; I’m so glad I did!!!!! Do not skip this opportunity. To begin with, the communication with both Meliza and Andrei was great. They both answered all of my questions thoroughly and timely. They included images, maps, and pictures to ensure that I knew who I was meeting and where I was meeting the boat. I booked for my family of six (all adults) because we needed flexibility due to coming off of a cruise ship. They were able to pick us up at an adjacent pier to the cruise port, and they were able to begin our tour at 8am (I was only seeing 9:30am at the earliest with other companies). Sawee (the captain) and Pedro (the tour guide) were both friendly, fun, and accommodating. Pedro continuously checked in with us to ensure we were doing and seeing what we wanted. Being he was the expert, we told him to do what he thought was best and he did not disappoint. Because of our early start, we did not run into crowds at any of our stops. At the first two stops, Pedro got in the water with us to ensure we saw what we came for. We saw many colorful fish, coral, nurse sharks, barracudas, and several turtles. We would have missed some of the marine life if Pedro was not there to point out the ones that were hiding or blending in. At the last stop, Pedro and Sawee prepared ceviche, guacamole, and cut up fresh fruit. It was all delicious. Andrei had even contacted me the day before to ensure he had food and drinks on the boat that we would want; I didn’t make any changes as it was all perfect, but I appreciated him asking. While the food was being readied, we were able to hang out in the waist deep water while sting rays swam around us. I have done snorkeling tours with other companies, but none compared to this one. Thank you Pedro, Sawee, Andrei, and Meliza!!!!

    Nice snorkeling, good family time

Excellent overall experience! We spent 3-4 hours on the and over the boat. We stopped at 2 snorkeling places and one laguna to eat lunch. Crew is great, nature, reef, sea, fish, stingrays are cool

Cozumel 4-Hour Private Trip to Heaven: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cozumel.

How much does Cozumel 4-Hour Private Trip to Heaven cost?

    +

Prices start at $483 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cozumel usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Cozumel 4-Hour Private Trip to Heaven take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cozumel is not rushed.

Is Cozumel 4-Hour Private Trip to Heaven worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 19 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cozumel, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Cozumel 4-Hour Private Trip to Heaven?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Cozumel 4-Hour Private Trip to Heaven suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Cozumel 4-Hour Private Trip to Heaven?

    +

Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cozumel can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cozumel and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Cozumel 4-Hour Private Trip to Heaven start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cozumel within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cozumel?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cozumel experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Jade Caverns and Mayan Village Cozumel ATV TOUR, Buggy, Beach & Snorkel Blast, ATV 4×4+Cenote+Snorkeling+Beach Club+ Lunch+Sabores de Cozumel. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cozumel?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cozumel?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
