Attention
Hello. I wanted to inform you that I had a great stay in Cancun..But something else was important to me to inform you.I have booked my trip with Lasminute.com...I have booked this trip for several month ago and a month before our departure I called them for information, everything went well. Except that the next day what was my surprise to see my trip canceled. This problem lasted 10 days. Until the moment when I threatened to hire a lawyer. There I was called back to tell me that it was an error..I sent letters by return mail but they all came back.It has no valid address..Then on the day of our departure we boarded my passport did not correspond with my ticket reservation. I waited 2 hours for everything to be settled.. Then when we arrived in Cancun there was no shuttle for me and my husband I had to pay to go to the hotel while the rest of my family were checked in for the shuttle. We had the same problem on the way back. I had to pay for the shuttle. Even though everyone was already paid.. On my return I called Lasminute to tell them.. so here is their answer (it's you who is in pain do the paperwork and we need invoices for the shuttle) In Mexico they don't give invoices for the shuttles. And I sent a photo of my passport so they couldn't be wrong...It's the first time I used this agency and it will be the last..

Horrible
Don’t ever book. Let’s start with that most places gets your flight itinerary and plans accordingly. They supposedly start to wait at the time the flight lands knowing I still have to go through customs and baggage. So they want to charge die waiting. But that’s not the best part they can’t find me or I them for like 30 min supposedly they had to leave since they waited to long but doesn’t tell anyone until I continue to reach out to them. Finally they pick me up but then says they misquoted the trip and has to charge me more. At this point I’m like just get me to the resort. So gets even better. They if pick up to return since I already prepaid for the return. I blow up their phone for a day with no response from the day before or if until about 30 min prior to pick up. He says they are in their way then 5 min later texts me back and says driver has had an accident we are canceling the pick up and returning your funds goodbye. I travel all over the world and have never ever had such bad service. Crazy. So if u have options. Don’t ever book them.
Response from the operator: Thanks you for sharing your experience, due to the reports of our condutors, the unit that was assigned to pick you up, suffered a terrible accident and we had no units near you, for that reason it was that you were given your full refund of your money, after the study the case and see that we had that serious accident, I am pleased to ask for an apology, as an Agency in this market we are exposed to suffer these kinds of accidents caused by third parties. once again a thousand apologies for what happened.

Why this scores 38
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Costa Mujeres Zone / Airport: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.
How much does Costa Mujeres Zone / Airport cost?
+
Prices start at $65 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Costa Mujeres Zone / Airport take?
+
Plan for about 0.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.
Is Costa Mujeres Zone / Airport worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 38 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Costa Mujeres Zone / Airport?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Costa Mujeres Zone / Airport suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Costa Mujeres Zone / Airport?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 0.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Costa Mujeres Zone / Airport start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cancun?
+
On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cancun?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cancun?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
