Most people visit Corfu for its beaches. Very few get to step into a real everyday life. Welcome to my home. In 2016, I co-founded Swing Academy in Thessaloniki, where I taught swing dancing until 2021. A few years ago I left city life to build an off-grid home surrounded by a food forest. Today more than 100 fruit trees grow here together with herbs, native plants and edible flowers, creating a small but biodiverse ecosystem that seamlessly blends with an outdoor dancefloor. I’m passionate about permaculture, biodiversity and creating simple systems that make everyday life easier. I love introducing dancing to complete beginners as much as I enjoy working with intermediate dancers. My goal isn't just to teach dancing or gardening - it's to meet people, get inspired and inspire people to imagine new possibilities for how we live, learn and connect with nature.

Unforgettable adventure close to nature!
Totally recommend for people who love spending a lot of time close to nature, watching the stars, enjoying beautiful views in Corfu! Vlad is the best host possible, he was taking such good care of me and my friend while we were there (4 days). The place is calm and quiet and it gave me a feeling of a retreat - it felt amazing to be outside the city for a while. The tour in the garden was very interesting and we learned a lot about the plants there. The dancing was a beautiful addition to the experience. I'd definitely visit again!

Highlight of my stay in Corfu
I like to learn about the place through the eyes of the locals. Even more if I can be a part of their day and see how they live. Vlad is very inspiring to me in the self sustained living - and I had so much fun learning new swing figures with him. Friendly, easy going and fun. Keeping him as a friend and will definitely return! 🙏❤️ Thanks for everything Vlad!
Response from the operator: It was a real joy sharing the garden and the dance floor with you! You've got a friend here in Corfu anytime, Monika, and I look forward to welcoming you back whenever you return! Warmest regards ❤️

A Truly Special Nature Retreat 🌳
I absolutely loved the whole experience! I really enjoyed learning about the process of growing food and discovering all the different varieties of plants, carefully selected and nurtured with so much love and care. And the tomatoes were honestly the most delicious I have ever eaten! 😄🍅 The dance experience was the perfect ending to the whole stay — such a beautiful and joyful way to finish the experience. Highly recommend!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for such a thoughtful heart-warming review and for being such a wonderful guest !! We'll meet again !!

How far in advance should I book Corfu Swing Dance and Food Forest Experience?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Corfu can sell out a month out. What are the best things to do in Corfu?
+
On Outty we rank every Corfu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small-Group Food and Cultural Tour in Corfu, Full Day Cruise from Corfu in Classic Wooden Vessel, Swim & BBQ, Paxos Antipaxos and Blue Lagoon Full Day Semi-Private Cruise. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Corfu?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Corfu?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
