It was so much fun, We...

It was so much fun, We got to see more of Copenhagen than we would have done just wondering around, 😂

    Did not work.

I downloaded everything before I left home as I was afraid I could not get it once there. When we were ready for the experience, we could not get it to work on our phones. We were unable to enjoy this as it just wasn't working.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re sorry to hear the app didn’t work as you had hoped. If you encounter issues like this in the future, please reach out to us via chat, available 24/7, or email us at care@questoapp.com for assistance. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll consider giving us another try for your next adventure!

    Scam tour

It was scam! Why were there an option of adding tickets when only one game was played? I paid for two tickets to get "free admission tickets" to the places as described on the website. But guess what? There were no tickets to get inside them. I paid €15 to just walk by places that I could go by myself for free! Is this a new way to soak up people's money?

Response from the operator: We're very sorry to hear about your experience and apologize for any confusion or frustration caused. It seems there was a misunderstanding about the admission tickets. Our games do not include entrance fees because you will not be required internal access to buildings and establishments. We regret that this was not clearer. Please reach out to us at care@questoapp.com so we can address your concerns directly and assist you further. Your feedback is important to us, and we aim to ensure a better experience for all our customers.

Not a tour- More like a scavenger hunt

I'd you're looking for a scavenger hunt this is for you. Lots of history and you definitely cover alot of ground. However it took us nearly 3 hours to complete and only stopped once for short break.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the historical elements and the extensive exploration. However, we're sorry that the duration of the activity was longer than expected. We will report this to our team to better balance the experience. If you have any further details or suggestions, please email us at care@questoapp.com.

Misspellings throughout - ruined the experience!

Gutted! This experience was terrible, spelling mistakes throughout. Asked to enter the answer Agnete, with a double tt - even though that’s not what is represented on the plaque. Not sure what four letter animal ends in a “d” either. No faith in the game by the, what a waste of time!!!

Response from the operator: Hey, this is Alex from Questo. Sorry to read your comment, but as much as we feel bad for your experience, we must give a reply. The answer was Agnette, and that's the correct version. And second, the 4 letter animal was a bird. If you would've used the hint feature in the app, you could've easily solved this.

Copenhagen: Little Mermaid Fairy Tale Quest: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Copenhagen.

How much does Copenhagen: Little Mermaid Fairy Tale Quest cost?

    +

Prices start at $8 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Copenhagen usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Copenhagen: Little Mermaid Fairy Tale Quest take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Copenhagen is not rushed.

Is Copenhagen: Little Mermaid Fairy Tale Quest worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 36 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Copenhagen, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Copenhagen: Little Mermaid Fairy Tale Quest?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Copenhagen: Little Mermaid Fairy Tale Quest suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Copenhagen: Little Mermaid Fairy Tale Quest?

    +

Around 13 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Copenhagen can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Copenhagen and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Copenhagen: Little Mermaid Fairy Tale Quest start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Copenhagen within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Copenhagen?

    +

On Outty we rank every Copenhagen experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Grand Day Trip around Copenhagen, Copenhagen Walking Tour: Politically Incorrect Intro, Social Sailing - Copenhagen Canal Tour - Captain's Favorite. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Copenhagen?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Copenhagen?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
