Best cooking class in Florence (and I’ve done several)
My kids (20 & 24) and I had such a great time at our Cesarina cooking class with Cecilia B. She was so warm and welcoming, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and fun. The class was hands-on, easy to follow, and full of helpful tips we’ll actually use at home. You can really tell how much she loves cooking and sharing her knowledge with others. We left with full stomachs, new skills, and such a fun memory. I’ll definitely do this again with Cecilia B. next time I’m in Florence. Definitely recommend!

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
