A fun and informative way to meet people in Tbilisi
I had such a great time at this class! I've previously tried to cook both dishes and picked up so many tips that I think will really improve my khinkali and khachapuri in future. It was also a lovely way to meet new people in the city.

Fun way to learn a new recipe
I met with Tamara and her friend to learn how to make Adjaruli Khachapuri and Khinkali. She was friendly, helpful and patient with me as she taught me how to mix and shape the dough. Pepper hygiene was used for cooking and everything was clean. The food was so delicious and now I'm happy I can try to make them when I get back home. She also shared the recipe, and how to make the cheese. Definitely a must do if you want to learn how to make these traditional Georgian dishes.

One of the women is very...
One of the women is very loud and she clearly paid the most favored attention to the only guy present. As encouraging as she is to the blonde young guy, she was literally scolding me (asian girl) so much i wanted to cry. I had to pretend im only interested in photos and not interested in cooking at all, so she could get off my face. She can do as much admiring of the young white guy she wants for all i care, as cheesy as it is, as long as she can just ignore me. I explained its my first time doing this kind of cooking, but she kept speaking harshly against me. Ive been encountering but the most friendly people in georgia, but on my last day in this country I had to endure this experience from this woman. Its truly sad this trip has to end on such a sad note. Even though the other woman is decent. Never again.

"Such a fun experience in Tbilisi — our host was warm, patient, and made the whole thing feel really easy even though we had zero cooking skills going in. Loved getting stuck in and then sitting down to actually eat what we made together. Highly recommend if you want something hands-on and a little different while you're here."

Fun and tons of food
The chef was very personable and the experience was quite fun. We had not read that we needed to come hungry, so if you see this definitely come hungry! There is plenty of food and wine.
