More adrenaline was released before the flight than during it as it appeared to be not scary at all and not so exciting as expected.

Good zipline, bad organization
We had high hopes for this zip line, but unfortunately the experience was very poorly organized. The operation seemed understaffed, and we ended up waiting almost 55 minutes before actually getting to go on the zip line. We also had to walk up to the platform ourselves, and there was very little communication during the wait. What made it more frustrating was that the staff never acknowledged or apologized for the delay. The zip line itself was fun, but the actual ride lasts around 30 seconds. Waiting almost an hour for a 30-second experience simply didn’t feel worth the price. Overall, the activity has potential, but the organization and staffing really need improvement. For what it currently costs, I wouldn’t recommend it.

As the longest and fastest zipline in Iceland, the duration of the ride can vary depending on several factors, including wind conditions, the participant’s weight, and body position during the ride. These factors can have a significant effect on both speed and overall ride time. Our full experience is designed to last approximately one hour, and during particularly busy periods, waiting times can unfortunately be longer. We understand that waiting is not the most enjoyable part of an activity, and we are sorry if this caused inconvenience during your visit. We continuously work to keep the operation running as smoothly as possible, particularly on busy days. Regarding the walk to the platform, a short walk to the departure tower is part of the experience and is stated on our website in advance. The walk is necessary to reach the launch platform and is part of the overall setup of the activity. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the zipline itself, although we are disappointed that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. 10/10 experience!!
Went on a rainy day and still enjoyed it a ton. It starts with a buggy ride up the hill, which is already so much fun! The whole area is stunning, and the view from the ride is phenomenal. We went with the standard ride (sitting), and it was great, but I’m already planning to go back for the Superman version! The staff is lovely. Mariana is the sweetest, and Enrique and Omar made the experience even better with their great vibe and sense of humor. Thank you guys!!!
