Awful! Don´t take it!
One of the worst tours I´ve ever taken. Educated driver/guide but totally unenthusiastic. Took us to a neighborhood where half of the attractions were gone, and he knew it. Then took us to Parque Norte? into a long walk just to get into an overcrowded place where walking was a real problem. Missed three of the advertised attractions (Football stadium, Parque de las Luces, Itagui) without explanation and wasted our time in overcrowded, dark and unimpressive.
Response from the operator: Dear Manuel, Thanks for your feedback, it is important to us. Light scenarios change every year and with half the city under construction sometimes we can not guarantee what has been advertised in previous years. Besides, the dates you have taken the tour are the busiest in the year so we can not guarantee is not going to be crowded. If sending one of our best guides With several reviews Like Julio does not earn you a decent review then I don’t know how to get a good review from you. Our policy is satisfaction guaranteed or not pay, so please let us know how to refund your fee. Sincerely, Camilo Uribe Medellin City Services®

Christmas lights and Medillin city tour--Food! Lights! Excitement! Music!
Silvio was an incredible guide! He took some time to get to know us and then planned our tour around our favorite foods. Chocolate? Took us to the best place in town. Christmas lights? We went to nearly every park and festival---all in one night! We sampled paisa food, food truck specialties, roasted corn, honeyed potatoes, and participated in the family festivities at each little park. It was incredible! The families, the children, the lights, the excitement! We loved it all. He took us to a local pub to sample the local beer and enjoy the local tango music. Then we enjoyed the citiy-sponsored light tour held in the amusement park. It was an absolutely incredible experience that I would not hesitate to recommend to others. Not to be missed!
Response from the operator: Dear Jan, Thanks for your words, they are very important for us. We are glad to hear this was an incredible experience for you since you got to totally enjoy a quite unique approach to our local culture with one of our best guides. Please let us welcome you again soon. Sincerely, Camilo Uribe Medellin City Services

+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Medellín?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
