Comprehensive Tour
The rest of the people in our group spoke either Mandarin or Cantonese, but the tour guide David also spoke English very well. The meet-up was a little confusing though because our guide said he was from Waystar, but he was actually from Ctour. The Columbia Glacier was delayed by two hours due to issues outside of anybody’s control, so we got back into Banff much later than planned but all in all, a good experience.

It was amazing tour, with very helpful , informative, smiling face and kind person our tour guide and a driver named Roy. I really enjoyed the Columbia Icefields and the rest of the tour . It was fun.

Ice fields
Rated the guide n/a because through no fault of him we were placed in his van with all Chinese speakers. He had limited English. He did the best he could. He was very attentive and polite.

Stunning Views, spacious tour bus, and a good Tour Guide!
The tour bus was very comfortable and spacious, and the scenery was absolutely stunning! Due to an incident at the Columbia Icefield, this part of our itinerary was originally going to be cancelled. However, our tour guide Dave, went above and beyond to make the impossible possible! Thanks to his efforts, we were still able to enjoy this unforgettable experience.

Great experience
Dave was a great tour guide. Despite the initial issue with the snow coach service, he helped rearrange our tour after the service resumed so we could visit the icefield. We really appreciated his help!
