Disappointing Tour of Mainly Tower Blocks
Disappointing. Basically a 90 minute tour of tower blocks leading to the old town, which is definitely worth a visit. Just get the local number 12 bus or a taxi to the old town or walk the 4k if you are able.

Ok
Decided to take the tour, wasn’t really that exciting but we did enjoy it. We got off at Vegueta (Old Town) went to Santa Ana cathedral which was very good. Had the bus to ourselves on the way back but we did spend 10-15mins waiting on the boat tour coming back in, which was annoying. You can get to Vegueta on the yellow buses and much cheaper

Not worth the money, get a yellow bus.
Old buses with poorly operating earphones jacks. Although I did manage to hear the story about Christopher Columbus twice 😂 On the return we stopped at the port to be asked to change buses as driver was on a break. Our prime position of top front commuted to lower deck. We got off and walked back. Driver was friendly as was the sales girl, but they can only work with the tools provided. Old town was very quiet at 11am on a Saturday.

Don't take this boat trip!!!!!
I did the boat trip. It was packed with schoolgids and the explanation was only in Spanish. We are only in the harbor with the ships and platforms. No Veguetta, beaches or anything It's so boring and a waste of your money...and time. Shame on them!

Worst tour experience ever
Worst hop on hop off experience and tour ever! Have been on many excellent ones around the world but the one is Las Palmas is deplorable. Long queues, surly attendants, poor routes and non existant buses at the various stops - could wait forever and never be picked up. Save your money, walk, take excellent city buses or hire a cab for a tour.
