Rude, very unhelpful bus drivers
We booked a hop on hop off bus and boat tour. The bus tour really didn’t let us see the sights that the narrative was talking about. We tried to find out how to redeem the boat tour portion of the tickets that we bought and were told by several different bus drivers that “if you’re not going to continue on this route, get off NOW” and other such delightful (not) responses. Due to time constraints, we never got to do the boat tour that we paid for. With the massive amount of people, I can understand the bus drivers being hostile, but I have experienced hop on hop off tours all over the world and this was the worst!

DO NOT USE STROMA BUS TOUR
DO NOT USE! We got on at cruise terminal. Asked and was told bus would leave in 10 to 20 minutes. 30 minutes later got told to move to bud behind as bus we were on now not leaving for another 40 minutes. Go to bus behind. No seats left. Have to stand 30 minutes into town, no access to recorded guide. Pathetic experience for £36 each. Pictures won't upload to this site.

What are we looking at? Please tell me!
We have been on hop on hop off buses all over the world. This Copenhagen bus has the least amount of information of any we have ever been on. We were looking at beautiful buildings, parks and fountains with no idea what they were let alone anything about their history. We also went on the canal boat cruise with the same company and that information was good and what we were expecting to have on the bus.
