Highly Recommend Citadel Outlet Transfer
We really enjoyed our visit to Citadel Outlets with the Optional VIP room access and drop off to LAX. The shuttle picked us up promptly at 11am from our Anaheim hotel and it was only 30 minutes to the outlets. The staff at Citadel were very pleasant, particularly Robbie. The VIP room is amazing with soft drinks, tea or coffee and snacks available. It is a lovely room with all necessary facilities including several TVs, lounges, kitchen area and beautiful restroom area. They store your luggage for you in the VIP area while you shop so that you can pack your purchases away before going to the airport. Would highly recommend this activity for those who have a late flight out like we did to Australia. We had a nice lunch on arrival and did some shopping then hubby went back to VIP room and watched TV and relaxed for the rest of the afternoon while I browsed the shops for another couple of hours. Perfect way to end our trip.

The citadel outlets are good value...

The citadel outlets are good value, the VIP room was certainly worth it to relax in and sort our luggage and we did plenty of shopping. The van that picked us up in the morning was early and we had to rush to leave our hotel room. On the way to the outlets we requested an earlier pickup in the early evening-we wanted an hour earlier to allow plenty of time for our international flight. This was not available at the time that the driver requested, but the company said to ring later and they'd see if a van could do an earlier pickup. Throughout the afternoon phone calls were made, but the time could not be changed. The van arrived on time, but had to wait for another group to join us. After much arguing and phone calls to the main office due to a payment issue, we finally headed to the airport over 40 minutes late. This was very stressful and we weren't sure if we'd make our flight. We didn't find it a very pleasant experience dealing with the transport company. The drivers were excellent and did everything possible to make the trip to the outlets and then the airport as comfortable as possible, but the actual transport company was not one we'd like to deal with again.

Why this scores 53
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Citadel Outlets Transfer from Anaheim with VIP Lounge, storage & LAX Drop-Off: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Anaheim.
How much does Citadel Outlets Transfer from Anaheim with VIP Lounge, storage & LAX Drop-Off cost?
+
Prices start at $119 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Anaheim usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Citadel Outlets Transfer from Anaheim with VIP Lounge, storage & LAX Drop-Off take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Anaheim is not rushed.
Is Citadel Outlets Transfer from Anaheim with VIP Lounge, storage & LAX Drop-Off worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Anaheim, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Citadel Outlets Transfer from Anaheim with VIP Lounge, storage & LAX Drop-Off?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Citadel Outlets Transfer from Anaheim with VIP Lounge, storage & LAX Drop-Off suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Citadel Outlets Transfer from Anaheim with VIP Lounge, storage & LAX Drop-Off?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Anaheim can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Anaheim and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Citadel Outlets Transfer from Anaheim with VIP Lounge, storage & LAX Drop-Off start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Anaheim within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Anaheim?
+
Anaheim's activity market is built around Disneyland Resort and Knott's Berry Farm, then widens into Angels games, brewery crawls in the Packing District and easy runs to Laguna and Newport beaches. Skip-the-line timing and park-hopper detail matter more here than anywhere else in California, so we weight logistics heavily. On Outty we rank every Anaheim experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full-Day Iconic Sights of LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Beaches and More, 60 Minute Adventures at The Escape Game in Orange, Anaheim to LA: Hollywood, Beaches & Famous Film Sites tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Anaheim?
+
March to May and September to November, when park crowds ease and days stay warm. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Anaheim?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
